Փաշինյանի ընտանեկան հիմնադրամի «գաղտնի» նվիրատուները

2018-ի քաղաքական վերադասավորումներից հետո քաղաքական դաշտում «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի, այնուհետ խորհրդարանական խմբակցության ի հայտ գալուն զուգահեռ մեկ այլ՝ «Իմ քայլը» նախաձեռնություն էլ ծնվեց. խոսքը վարչապետի տիկնոջ՝ Աննա Հակոբյանի նախաձեռնությամբ ստեղծված բարեգործական հիմնադրամի մասին է: 2018-ից ի վեր հիմնադրամը մի քանի հարյուր միլիոնի փոխանցումներ է ստացել: Սակայն նախորդ տարվանից որոշակի տենդենց է նկատվում` այդ նվիրատվությունները դառնում են անանուն:
Հեղափոխությունից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բոլորին կոչ էր անում աշխատել թափանցիկ, սակայն, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, ինքն անգամ չի հետևում իր հորդորներին: Կասկածից վեր է, որ այս պարագայում ևս գործ ունենք լուրջ կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի հետ, քանի որ հասկանալի չէ՝ ովքեր և ինչ նպատակներով են կլորիկ գումարներ փոխանցել վարչապետի ընտանեկան հիմնադրամին: Ավելին՝ «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամը պարտավոր է եռամսյակը մեկ հաշվետվություն ներկայացնել, սակայն վերջինիս պաշտոնական կայքում բացակայում է 2023 թվականի հաշվետվությունները, ինչը ևս բազմաթիվ հարցեր է առաջացնում: Այս ամենը էլ ավելի ուշագրավ է դառնում օրերս ծագած սկանդալի ֆոնին: Հիշեցնենք, որ Կազմակերպված հանցավորության և կոռուպցիայի լուսաբանման նախագծի՝ OCCRP-ի հետ գործընկերությամբ «ՍիվիլՆեթի» հետաքննությունը պարզել է, որ ՔՊ-ին նվիրատվություն կատարած բազմաթիվ անձինք ասել են, որ երբեք նվիրատվություն չեն կատարել։ Որոշ նվիրատվությունների դեպքում կասկածելի օրինաչափություններ կան. Հայաստանի տասը առանձին քաղաքներում ավագանու առնվազն տասը թեկնածու նույն օրը փոխանցել է ճիշտ նույնքան գումար: 26-ի դեպքում նվիրատվությունները կազմել են նվիրատուների տարեկան եկամտի և ընդհանուր խնայողությունների առնվազն կեսը՝ ելնելով նրանց ունեցվածքի հայտարարագրերից։ Չորս նվիրատվություն գերազանցել է մեկ անձի համար անհատական նվիրատվությունների օրենքով սահմանված առավելագույն շեմը՝ 2,5 մլն դրամը։
