Մեր երկրի ամենակարևոր բաներից մեկի՝ տարածքային ամբողջականության նկատմամբ այս իշխանության լրջության մակարդակը Նիկոլ Փաշինայանի ասած սովետական հանրագիտարանն է, լավ է մանկական հանրագիտարանից չեք օգվել։ Այս մասին ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստի ժամանակ ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանը։

«Երկու մարդ 1 սմ հողի հարցով գնում են բոլոր դատական ատյաններով, շատերը գալիս պատգամավորների հետ են հանդիպում, փորձում են իրենց իրավունքներն ատամներով պաշտպանել։ Հիմա ՀՀ-ի տարածքային ամբողջականության հարցն է, թեկուզ 1 սմ հողակտորի հարցն է, ուզում եմ հասկանալ՝ ինչպես եք կրավորականություն դրսևորում։ Ժամերով կարելի է խոսել սահմանագծման ու սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովի մասին, օրինակ, թե ինչպես դա արեց Հայաստանը Վրաստանի հետ, տարիներով վիճել է, թե որ քարտեզի հիման վրա պետք է արվի։ Եկավ այս իշխանությունը, միանգամից ասաց Ալմա Աթա ու ամեն ինչն Ալմա Աթայից դուրս տալիս եմ։ Լավ, եթե 1991 թվականի Ալմա Աթայի հռչակագրով եք սահմանագծումն անում, բա Սյունիքում Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի «կոտրած» ձեռքով ստորագրած փաստաթղթով  ո՞նց  GPS համակարգով ամբողջ սահմանի երկայքնով  սահմանագծումն արեցիք։ Մեզ էլ համոզում էիք, որ Էյվազլին Ադրբեջանինն է»,- ասաց Մանուկյանը։

Արձագանքելով՝ արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն ասաց, որ ՀՀ ոչ մի պաշտոնյա չի բանակցում և չի կարող բանակցել ՀՀ-ին պատկանող որևէ տարածք այլ երկրին հանձնելու վերաբերյալ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ օրերս վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարել էր, որ ՀՀ տարածքի 29,800 քկմ-ն, որի մասին ասվել էր Շառլ Միշելին, կլորացրած թիվ է և կա ուրիշ թիվ՝ 29,743 քկմ-ն, որը ֆիքսված է խորհրդային հանրագիտարանների վերջին հրատարակության մեջ:

«Այդ տվյալները փոխանցվեցին ԵՄ խորհրդի նախագահին և նա այդ թվերը հրապարակեց: Հետո պարզվեց, որ 29,800 թիվը կլորացրած է և տեքստի մեջ կա ուրիշ թիվ՝ 29,743 քկմ: Այդ թվում ադրբեջանական կողմը մեր ուշադրությունը հրավիրեց այն փաստի վրա, որ Հայաստանի պետական մարմինների կայքերում Հայաստանի տարածքը 29,800-ից պակաս է գրված:

Նույնը վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանին, որ թիվը կլորացված է: Այս թվերի հարցի շուրջ քննարկումների պատճառով էր, որ որոշակի լարումներ առաջացան»,-ասել էր ՀՀ վարչապետը:
