SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի կողմից որոնվում է Երևանի բնակիչ 30-ամյա Հարություն Մկրտչյանը։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վերջինս որոնվում է մարտի 6-ին Երևանում տեղի ունեցած ծեծկռտուքին ակտիվ մասնակցություն ունենալու մեջ, որի հետևանքով Երևանի բնակիչ 49-ամյա Յուրի Մինասյանը ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր հիվանդանոց, որտեղ օրեր անց գիտակցության չգալով մահացել էր։

Այդ օրը ժամը 02։05-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Պուշկինի փողոցում ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում գտնվող քաղաքացի կա։

Մինչ դեպքի վայր կժամանեին ոստիկանները ժամը 02։30-ի սահմաններում  Հերացու անվան թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոցից ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվում, որ ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում «պոլիտրավմա» ախտորոշմամբ շտապօգնության 07 խումբը Պուշկինի փողոցում գտնվող եկեղեցու մոտից իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխել մի քաղաքացու։

Հիվանդանոց մեկնած ոստիկաններին բժիշկները հայտնում են, որ վիրավորը գտնվում է վիրահատարանում, անգիտակից վիճակում և չի կարող կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալ։ 

Ահազանգով հիվանդանոց են ժամանում նաև ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների 1-ին քննչական բաժնի խումբը։

Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզում են, որ վիրավորը Յ․ Մինասյանն է։

Ըստ օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների այդ օրը վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել ինչ որ անձանց միչև, որին մասնակից են եղել Երևանի բնակիչ  Հ․ Մկրտչյանը և Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ  34-ամյա Արտավազդ Խաչիկյանը, ովքեր գտնվել են Պուշկինի փողոցում հայտնի «Բիթլզ» ակումբում, որտեղից այնուհետև ուղևորվել են Փարպեցի փողոցի Սուրբ Զորավար եկեղեցու հետնամաս, որտեղ էլ Հ․ Մկրտչյանը առանց որևե պատճառի հարձակվել է Յու․ Մինասյանի վրա, հարվածներ հասցրել մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, ապա դեպքի վայրից դիմել է փախուստի։

Կարճ ժամանակ անց ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողներն ու ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 1-ին գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի պարեկները հայտնաբերել են Ա․ Խաչիկյանին և բերման ենթարկել ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին, որտեղից էլ նրան ներկայացրել են քննչական բաժին։

Դեպքի փաստով Քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ Քր․ օր․-ի 166 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 10-րդ և 15-րդ կետերով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնում հետախուզում է հայտարարվել Հ․ Մկրտչյանի նկատմամբ իսկ քննչական բաժինը դիմել է դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը որպես խափանման միջոց երկամսյա կալանքի որոշում կայացնի Հ․ Մկրտչյանի նկատմամբ։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով Հ․ Մկրտչյանը շրջապատում հայտնի է «Բեսլան Հարութ» մականվամբ, նախկինում դատապարատված է եղել խուլիգանության և դանակահարության համար ու շրջապատում ունեցել է նաև 2-րդ անուն, ոչ թե «Բեսլան Հարութ», այլ «Բացիլ Հարութ» ու թե նա հայտնաբերվի տեղափոխվելու է ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության Նուբարաշեն քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։
