Ալիևի ուշագրավ հայտարարությունը

«2018 թվականին ունեինք համաձայնության գալու հնարավորություն, երբ Հայաստանում իշխանություն փոխվեց։ Հետո Հայաստանի նոր կառավարությունից ստացանք հավաստիացումներ, որ իրենք իրենց կպահեն միջազգային իրավունքին համապատասխան, և տարածքները կվերադարձվեն։ Նման ակնկալիքներ ունեինք։ Եթե Հայաստանի այն ժամանակվա նոր իշխանությունը գերադասեր իրեն պահել այնպես, ինչպես հիմա է, ապա կարիք չէր լինի բռնի ուժով վերականգնել մեր տարածքային ամբողջականությունը»,- երեկ հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը:
Նախ փաստենք, որ մինչև այս պահը պաշտոնական Երևանը չի հերքել կամ պարզաբանել այս հայտարարությունը:
Ինչի՞ մասին է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հայտարարությունը:
Արդյո՞ք Ալիևն ակնարկում է, որ Փաշինյանը մերժել է իր սեղանին 2019-ի մայիսին դրված փաստաթուղթը, որը թեև անվանվում էր Լավրովի պլան, բայց կարգավորման կոնսոլիդացված տարբերակ էր, որի տակ դրված էր ԱՄՆ, ՌԴ և Ֆրանսիայի ներկայացուցիչների ստորագրությունները:
Եթե Ալիևի ասածը սրան է վերաբերվում, ապա դա հանրահայտ փաստ է, որին բազմաթիվ անգամներ նաև մենք ենք անդրադարձել:
Սակայն շատ հնարավոր է՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի ակնարկը վերաբերում է այլ պայմանավորվածությունների, որոնք ունեցել են ինքն ու Փաշինյանը: Արդյո՞ք Փաշինյանը դրսում այլ բան է պայմանավորել, իսկ ներսում գեներացրել է «ոչմիթիզականության» քարոզչություն:
Երկու վարկածից որն էլ լինի ճշմարտությունը, փաստ է, որ Փաշինյանը նախապատերազմյան քաղաքականությունը լեգիտիմացրել է Ալիևի ագրեսիվ օրակարգը՝ դուռ բացելով պատերազմի համար:
