В Армении до 2027 года появится 46 школ повышенной сейсмической безопасности общей стоимостью в $107 млн.

В Армении до 2027 года в рамках программы по улучшению сейсмической безопасности, появится 46 школ повышенной сейсмической безопасности. Об этом заявил заместитель министра территориального управления и инфраструктур Ваче Тертерян на заедании Национального Собрания 19 марта во время обсуждения вопроса об одобрении кредитного соглашения «О программе по улучшению сейсмической безопасности (дополнительное финансирование)».

По его словам, данная программа действует с 2015 года в рамках кредитного соглашения, подписанного между Правительством Армении и Азиатским банком развития.

Общий бюджет программы составляет 107 млн. долларов. Из них 88, 5 млн. долларов - кредитные средства, а 18, 5 млн. долларов - государственное софинансирование.

Основным и ключевым показателем программы, как отметил замминистра, является строительство или укрепление, как минимум, 46 школ, а также обеспечение безопасных образовательных условий для 22, 5 тыс. учеников.

Запланированы также пересмотр норм сейсмического строительства, создание инструкции по сейсмо-строительству и ряд других задач.

«В рамках программы уже построено и эксплуатируется 16 школ. Сейчас идет строительство в 20 школах. Работы там будут завершены до 2026 года. Проектные работы ведутся еще в 10 школах», - сказал Тертерян.

По его словам, в 2027 году все 46 школ будут сданы в эксплуатацию. В 2024 году будет достроено 7 школ. Затем начнется строительство еще 10. Замминистра отметил, что порядка 80% выделенных на программу финансовых средств уже израсходованы.
