Նպատակը միշտ չէ, որ արդարացնում է միջոցները

Անահիտ Ամատունին Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Դեկտեմբերի 30-31-ին տեղացած ձյունը որոշակի նյութական վնասներ էր հասցրել գյուղացիներին: Առատ ձյունը վնասել էր գյուղացիների ջերմոցներն ու դրանցում աճեցվող բանջարաբոսանային կուլտուրաները:
Այսօր որոշակիորեն լարված իրավիճակ էր Արմավիրի մարզի Արաքս գյուղում: Բնակիչները բողոքում էին, թե ձյունը ավերել է ձերմոցները և իրենք հայտնվել են դժվար վիճակում: Պնդում էին՝ հույս ունեն դուրս գալ ստեղծված իրավիճակից և այդ հույսն է ստիպում, որ չեն փորձում ընտանիքներով՝ մեր ու մանուկ, ահել-ջահել հայ-թուրքական սահմանն անցնեն՝ ապաստան խնդրելով այդ երկրից:
Այն, որ գյուղացիների բարձրացրած խնդիրն ու մտահոգությունները տեղին են, քննարկման ենթակա չէ: Արաքսի բնակիչները կրել են որոշակի վնասներ և պետք է ինչ որ կերպ ձեռք մեկնել գյուղացիներին, սակայն այստեղ կա կարևոր նրբություն:
Դիցուք ես ունեմ ավտոտնակ, որը տվել եմ վարձակալության և ամսական որոշակի գումար եմ վաստակում ապրելու համար: Դրա կողքին գտնվող հաստաբուն բարդին օրերից մի օր ընկնում է ուժեղ քամու պատճառով և ավերում է ավտոտնակս: Ես որոշ ժամանակ զրկվում է ավտոտնակի վարձավճարից: Հիմա ի՞նչ անեմ, դուրս գամ ու ասեմ, «եթե խնդիրս չլուծեք, ապա կհատեմ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանն ու կհանձնվեմ ադրբեջանցիների՞ն»: Արդյոք իմ այս քայլը կլինի արդարացի:
Հիմա նույն կերպ եղել են եղանակային անբարենպաստ պայմաններ, ձյան հետևանքով քանդվել է որոշ ջերմոցներ, իսկ մարդիկ միանգամից բղավում են «եթե չօգնեք, բոլորով կանցնենք սահմանը»:
Պետության և ժողովրդի հետ շանտաժի ու սպառնալիքի լեզվով չեն խոսում: Եթե սպառնում եք Թուրքիա գնալով, կարծում եմ, նվազագույնը ցույց եք տալիս ձեր իրական դեմքը: Ու այս ամենը Գագիկ Շամշյան այնպիսի հարայ-հորոցով է լուսաբանում, կարծես խոսքը գնում ծիծակ համարներով ջիպի մասին:
