Խորհրդարանը վավերացրեց ԵՄ առաքելության կարգավիճակի մասին համաձայնագիրը. ԱԺ օրակարգն սպառվեց

Ազգային ժողովը մարտի 20-ի նիստի մեկնարկին առաջին և երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ ու ամբողջությամբ ընդունեց մի շարք նախագծեր:
Խորհրդարանի կողմից վավերացված համաձայնագրերի թվում են Գերմանիայի կառավարության կողմից արտոնյալ պայմաններով ՀՀ-ին 12 միլիոն եվրոյի վարկ տրամադրելու մասին նախագիծը, որով ներգրավվող միջոցները կուղղվեն էներգետիկայի ոլորտի զարգացմանը, ՀՀ-ի և ԱԶԲ-ի միջև ստորագրված վարկային համաձայնագիրը, որով 66,1 մլն եվրո արժողությամբ լրացուցիչ վարկ կներգրավվի, ինչպես նաև «ՀՀ-ի և ԵՄ-ի միջև Հայաստանում ԵՄ առաքելության (ՀԵՄԱ) կարգավիճակի մասին» համաձայնագիրը վավերացնելու նախագիծը, որի համաձայն՝ ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ առաքելությունը, այդ թվում՝ դրա բաղադրատարրերը, ստորաբաժանումները, գլխամասային գրասենյակները, անձնակազմը մաքսային և հարկային հարցերում ՀՀ իրավասու գերատեչությունների կողմից կդիտարկվեն որպես դիվանագիտական կարգավիճակ ունեցող ներկայացուցչություններ:
Առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունված նախագծերից մեկով Հանրային հեռարձակողին հնարավորություն տրվեց առանց լիցենզիայի և մրցույթի հանրային մուլտիպլեքսում ունենալ ևս մեկ համապետական ծածկույթով հեռուստաընկերություն: Ըստ այդմ՝ «Հանրային հեռուստաընկերություն» ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից հեռարձակվող «Առաջին ալիքը» հասանելի կդառնա ՀՀ ամբողջ տարածքում:
Առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունված նախագծերի թվում է «Առևտրի և ծառայությունների մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին և կից ներկայացված օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթը, որի համաձայն՝ Երևանում գործող շրջիկ առևտրին վերաբերող իրավակարգավորումները կկիրառվեն նաև մյուս համայնքներում:
Երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունված նախագծերից է ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի և «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության քարտուղար Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանի հեղինակած ««Տեսալսողական մեդիայի մասին» օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» նախագիծը, որով առաջարկվում է քրեական ենթամշակույթի քարոզ պարունակող ֆիլմերի ու տեսալսողական հաղորդումների ցուցադրությունը թույլատրել հանրային մուլտիպլեքսում 24:00-ից առավոտյան 06:00-ը:
Մարտի 19-ին մեկնարկած Ազգային ժողովի նիստի օրակարգն սպառվեց: Մարտի 20-ին՝ ժամը 16:30-ին, կմեկնարկի Ազգային ժողով - Կառավարություն հարցուպատասխանը:
