Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը առցանց անցկացվող Հանուն Ժողովրդավարության երրորդ գագաթնաժողովին հանդես է եկել ելույթով: Այս տարի միջոցառումը նախագահում է Կորեայի Հանրապետությունը:
Հայաստանի վարչապետը, մասնավորապես, նշել է.
«Պետությունների հարգարժան առաջնորդներ, տիկնայք և պարոնայք, ինձ համար պատիվ է ելույթ ունենալ Հանուն ժողովրդավարության գագաթնաժողովին և կիսվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ժողովրդավարական ձեռքբերումներով ու ձգտումներով։
Ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումների օրակարգը մնում է մեր կառավարության առաջնահերթությունը։ Արդյունքում, ըստ Freedom House-ի զեկույցների, Հայաստանը մի քանի տարի անընդմեջ դասվում է «Ազատ ինտերնետ» ունեցող երկրների շարքում։ Մենք գրանցել ենք բարելավում Ազատության միջազգային ինդեքսում՝ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում մեր դիրքերն առաջ մղելով 2 կետով։ Հայաստանն առաջընթաց է գրանցել նաև Մամուլի ազատության համաշխարհային ինդեքսում` 2023 թվականին իր դիրքերը բարելավելով 2 կետով։
Տիկնայք և պարոնայք, հիմնարար հարցը, որ մեր օրերում ծագում է ժողովրդավարական երկրներում, այն է՝ արդյոք ժողովրդավարությունը կարող է ապահովել անվտանգություն և կայունություն: Վերջին մի քանի տարիների ընթացքում մենք բազմիցս ենք զգացել, թե ինչպես կարող են ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտները ներքին կայունություն ապահովել։
Մյուս կողմից, Հայաստանը հարձակման է ենթարկվել որոշ արտաքին ոչ ժողովրդավարական ուժերի կողմից ռազմական և հիբրիդային միջոցներով, որոնք ուղղված են ոչ միայն ընդդեմ մեր երկրի տարածքային ամբողջականությանն ու անկախությանը, այլև ժողովրդավարությանը։ Եվ մենք որոշեցինք միանալ Միջազգային քրեական դատարանին՝ պաշտպանելու համար մեր անկախությունը, տարածքային ամբողջականությունը և ժողովրդավարությունը:
Հավատարիմ լինելով Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղ գործընթացին՝ Հայաստանն իր անվտանգությունն առաջին հերթին տեսնում է տարածաշրջանում իր հարևանների հետ և դրա սահմաններից դուրս խաղաղ գոյակցության և համագործակցության մեջ: Այսպիսով, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության կողմից ներկայացված «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագիծը նպատակ ունի նպաստել Հարավային Կովկասի անվտանգությանը, կայունությանը և խաղաղությանը։ Այս նախագիծը համագործակցության միջոցով տարածաշրջանում կայուն խաղաղությանն ու անվտանգությանը նպաստելու իմ կառավարության հանձնառության ևս մեկ ցուցիչ է։
Տիկնայք և պարոնայք, ես վերահաստատում եմ Հայաստանի հավատարմությունը ժողովրդավարության ճանապարհին՝ ի շահ ընդհանուր տարածաշրջանի, և ի շահ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետականության, նրա ինքնիշխանության և նրա միջազգային դերի»:
