ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկակի ստանդարտները

ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Յենս Ստոլտենբերգի Հայաստան այցը հերթական անգամ ապացուցեց, որ Արևմուտքը մեր երկիրը դիտարկում է բացառապես որպես պլացդարմ Ռուսաստանի դեմ։
Ավելին, տարածաշրջանային այց կատարած Ստոլտենբերգը Ադրբեջանի ռազմական հանցագործությունները դատապարտելու որևէ առիթ և ցանկություն չունի. ընդհակառակը, իրենց քայլերով ապացուցում են, որ տարածաշրջանում իրենց թիվ մեկ գործընկերը հենց Ադրբեջանն է։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպումից հետո, մամուլի համար կարճ հայտարարություններ են եղել, որևէ լրագրողի թույլ չեն տվել ներս մտնել, ընդամենը Կառավարության շենքում դրել են կառավարության տեսախցիկը, որի առջև էլ Փաշինյանն ու Ստոլտենբերգը հայտարարություններ են արել։
Մինչ Փաշինյանը գնահատել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ գործակցությունը և խնդրել օգնել Ադրևբեջանի հետ հարցերը կարգավորելու հարցում, Ստոլտենբերգը իր կարճ ելույթի մեծ մասը նվիրել է ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտությանը, ողջունել Հայաստանի համերաշխությունը Ուկրաինայի հետ, գործընկերներին կոչ արել` անել իրենցից կախված ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի Պուտինը չհաղթի «ագրեսիայի» իր պատերազմում։
«Եթե Պուտինը Ուկրաինայում հաջողության հասնի, իրական ռիսկն ու նրա ագրեսիան այնտեղ կանգ չի առնի և ավտորիտար այլ սուբյեկտները կոգեշնչվեն նրանով», -ասել է Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքի գլխավոր քարտուղարը՝ չմանրամասնելով, թե որ ավտորիտար երկրների սուբյեկտներին նկատի ունի։
Տակավին, ընդամենը 2 օր առաջ, նա գտնվում էր աշխարհի ամենաավտորիտար պետություններից մեկում՝ Ադրբեջանում, և եթե Պուտինին մեղադրում է ավտորիտարիզմի մեջ, բայց նույնը չի ցանկանում ադրբեջանի դեպքում, հասկանալի է, որ գործ ունենք ՆԱՏՕ-ի երկակի ստանդարտների հետ։
Ի վերջո, Արևմուտքը չի էլ թաքցնում, որ Ադրբեջանին ևս որպես պլացդարմ են դիտարկում Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի դեմ իրենց քայլերում, ընդ որում` բոլորովին հաշվի չեն առնում Հայաստանի «ժողովրդավարության բաստիոն» լինելու հանգամանքը. դա երբեք էլ հաշվի չեն առել, ընդհակառակը, գնահատել են ունեցած ռեսուրսներն ու ակտիվները, իսկ այդ իմաստով Ադրբեջանը գերազանցում է ոչ միայն Հայաստանին, այլև Վրաստանին։
