Հայկական բանկերը չեն ընդունի ռուսական «Միր» վճարային քարտերը

Ռուսական «Միր» վճարային համակարգի քարտերն այս տարվա մարտի 30-ից կդադարեն գործել Հայաստանի բանկերի մեծ մասի բանկոմատներում։
Դրանք գործելու են միայն ռուսական «ՎՏԲ Արմենիա» բանկի ենթակառուցվածքում։
Հայաստանն արդեն ռուսական կողմին ծանուցել է այս քայլի մասին` նշելով, թե հայաստանյան բանկերն իրենք են որոշում իրենց գործողությունները և չեն ցանկանում հայտնվել արևմտյան պատժամիջոցների տակ։
Փետրվարի 23-ին Միացյալ Նահանգները հայտարարեցին հակառուսական պատժամիջոցների նոր փաթեթի մասին, որը վերաբերում է 500 ֆիզիկական անձանց և ընկերությունների, այդ թվում` Ռուսաստանի ազգային վճարային քարտերի համակարգին։
Ռուսաստանից նշում են, որ այս որոշումը առաջին հերթին վնասելու է Հայաստանին։ Պետդումայի ֆինանսական շուկայի հարցերով հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Անատոլի Ակսակովը նշել է, որ բուն Հայաստանի համար ավելի շատ բացասական հետևանքներ կլինեն։
«Միր» քարտից օգտվում են Հայաստանի բազմաթիվ բնակիչներ և Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիներ, որոնք հաճախ են այցելում Հայաստան։ Հայաստանյան բանկերի այս քայլն առաջին հերթին վնասելու է զբոսաշրջության ոլորտին, ինչպես նաև բարդացնելու է Ռուսաստանում արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնած անձանց կողմից գումար փոխանցելու գործընթացը։
Արդյունքում շահելու է միայն մեկ բանկ՝ ՎՏԲ բանկը, մյուս բոլոր բանկերը խնդիրների առջև են կանգնելու։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, բանկերը չեն ցանկանում խնդիրներ ունենալ պատժամիջոցների հետ։
Ի վերջո փաշինյանական վարչախմբի սիրելի Արևմուտքը կարող է առնվազն Հայաստանի համար որոշակի արտոնյալ պայմաններ ստեղծել` Հայաստանին տնտեսական բարդությունների առջև չկանգնեցնելու համար: Փոխարենն Արևմուտքը Հայաստանին անընդհատ մղում է Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատժամիջոցներ ներդնելուն՝ դրա դիմաց ոչնչով չփոխհատուցելով։
