Հաճախորդների միջազգային օրը IDBank-ում
SOCIETYՄարտի 19-ին նշվում է Հաճախորդների միջազգային օրը, IDBank-ում էլ որոշեցին բաց չթողնել այս
կարևոր առիթը՝ յուրահատուկ կերպով շնորհավորելու հաճախորդներին ու նրանց անակնկալ մատուցելու։
Այսօր IDBank-ի մասնաճյուղերում հաճախորդների սպասարկումն իրականացնում էր Բանկի ղեկավար
կազմը՝ հաճախորդներին օգնելով կատարել անհրաժեշտ գործարքները, պատասխանելով նրանց հուզող հարցերին ուառաջարկելով նրանց կարիքներին համապատասխան ծառայություններ։
«Հաճախորդների արձագանքներից միանգամից հասկացանք, որ անակնկալը ստացված էր․ այս փոքրիկ քայլով ուզում էինք շնորհավորել մեր հաճախորդներին ու շնորհակալություն հայտնել մեզ ընտրելու, մեր
ծառայություններից օգտվելու և մշտապես մեր կողքին լինելու համար», - ասում է Լիլիթ Գրիգորյանը՝ IDBank-ի
գործառնական տնօրենը․ վերջինս սպասարկում էր հաճախորդներին Բանկի «Մալաթիա» մասնաճյուղում։
IDBank-ի մանրածախ բիզնեսի գծով տնօրենի տեղակալ Անդրանիկ Անդրեասյանի խոսքով՝ հենց
հաճախորդներն են այն շարժիչ ուժը, որը ստիպում է ավելի շատ ջանք գործադրել ամեն օր։ «Մենք մշտապես
կատարելագործում ենք մեր պրոդուկտներն ու սպասարկման որակը՝ լավագույն փորձառությունը տրամադրելով մեր հաճախորդներին», - ասում է Անդրանիկ Անդրեասյանը։ Վերջինս հիշեցրեց նաև, որ այս պահին Բանկի ամենապահանջված քարտերի համար գործում է բացառիկ առաջարկ՝ 50% զեղչ առաջին տարվա սպասարկման համար։
Սերգեյ Առաքելյանը՝ Թվային բանկինգի տնօրենը ևս աշխատանքային օրն անցկացրեց մասնաճյուղում՝
հաճախորդներին սպասարկելով ու պատմելով Բանկի ու Իդրամի համատեղ թվային հարթակի՝ Idram&IDBank
հավելվածի մասին։ «Թվայնացման դարաշրջանում հաճախորդի համար կարևոր է ստանալ թվային ծառայությունների հնարավորինս լայն շրջանակ և միաժամանակ մի քանի հարցեր հեռավար տարբերակով կարգավորել։ Մենք մեր բոլոր թվային հարթակներում առաջին հերթին հաշվի ենք առնում հաճախորդի հարմարավետությունն ու մատուցվող
ծառայությունների արագությունն ու որակը։ Իհարկե շարունակում ենք նորարար, ժամանակակից ծառայությունների ներդրումն ու զարգացումը, մեծապես հաշվի առնելով հենց մեր հաճախորդների կարծքիներն ու պահանջները», - ասում է Սերգեյ Առաքելյանը։
Հաճախորդներին այսօր սպասարկում էր նաև Բանկի կորպորատիվ տնօրեն Տիգրան Մխիթարյանը: Նա
հիշեցրեց Բանկի կորպորատիվ առաջարկների մասին՝ բիզնեսի համար նախատեսված փաթեթային լուծումներ, որոնք ստեղծված են լուծելու բիզնեսի մարտահրավերները։ Բանկի Պրեմիում բանկային ծառայությունների վարչության ղեկավար Լիդա Սաֆարյանի խոսքով Բանկը իր հաճախորդներին ընդունում է որպես գործընկեր և ամեն կերպ նպաստում է նրանց բիզնեսի և ֆինանսական բոլոր գործարքների ապահով և արդյունավետ իրականացմանը։ Լիդա Սաֆարյանը հիշեցրեց, որ IDBank-ի պրեմիում հաճախորդ կարելի է դառնալ ձեռք բերելով ձեռք բերելով Բանկի պրեմիում դասի քարտերից ցանկացածը։
