Ի՞նչ հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանձնողականության հերթական «արարը». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ինչպես հայտնի է, օրերս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այցելել էր Տավուշի մարզ՝ հանդիպելու Ոսկեպար, Բաղանիս, Կիրանց և հարակից այլ համայնքների բնակիչների հետ և փաստացի համոզելու, որ պետք է կատարել Ադրբեջանի պահանջն ու հանձնել Տավուշի չորս գյուղերը (Բաղանիս Այրում, Աշաղը (Ներքին) Ոսկեպար, Խեյրիմլի, Կըզըլ Հաջիլի): Հանդիպման ամբողջ նպատակն է եղել վախ ներշնչել, որ չհանձնելու դեպքում «շաբաթվա վերջին» պատերազմ կլինի: Հիշեցնենք, որ օրեր առաջ նույն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, թե այդ բնակավայրերը երբեք Հայաստանի տարածքում չեն եղել: Այս օրերին հաճախ խոսվում է բուն տարածքների հանձնման, այսպես ասած՝ «հող հանձնելու» մասին, սակայն ոչ պակաս կարևոր է հասկանալ, թե իրականում ի՞նչ կլինի, եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշի հանձնել այդ տարածքները:
Նախ՝ քարտեզին նույնիսկ թեթևակի հայացք նետելով՝ ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ Ոսկեպար գյուղը կհայտնվի լիակատար շրջափակման մեջ, իսկ Կիրանց և Բաղանիս գյուղերը՝ մասնակի շրջափակման մեջ: Երկրորդ՝ Երևան-Թբիլիսի ռազմավարական ճանապարհը փաստացի կփակվի, թշնամու վերահսկողության տակ կհայտնվի նաև ռազմավարական գազատարը: Թշնամին կմոտենա վերոնշյալ երեք գյուղերին մի քանի տասնյակ մետրի հեռավորության վրա, ինչն այդ համայնքներում կյանքը պարզապես կդարձնի անտանելի, եթե չասենք՝ անհնար: Սրան գումարած՝ մեր լավագույն պաշտպանական բնագծերը կանցնեն թշնամուն՝ դրա ծանր հետևանքներով:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պատրաստակամ հանձնողականության հերթական այս «արարից» զայրացած են ոչ միայն տեղի բնակիչները, ընդհանրապես Հայաստանի հասարակության՝ մտածելու ունակություն ունեցող հատվածը, այլ նաև զինվորականությունը: Բանն այն է, որ նրանք հիանալի հասկանում են, որ կա՛մ պետք է հրաժարվեն կատարել զորքերը հետ քաշելու հրամանը, կա՛մ դառնան հանցակից. բանն այն է, որ իրավաբանները, նաև տարբեր քաղաքական ուժեր հայտարարել են, որ գործ ունենք հանցագործության հետ: Օրինակ՝ «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանն օրերս նշել էր, որ ՀՀ ցանկացած տարածքի զիջում այլ պետությանը հանցագործություն է Հայաստանի սահմանադրական կարգի դեմ և, համաձայն Քրեական օրենսգրքի 421 հոդվածի, ենթակա է խիստ պատժի:
Նշվում է նաև, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը, թե Ադրբեջանի կողմից հնչեցված բնակավայրերը ՀՀ-ին չեն պատկանում, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային ամբողջականության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործություն է, քանզի որևէ պաշտոնյա իրավասու չէ միանձնյա որոշել, թե որն է ՀՀ տարածքը:
