Պատժամիջոցների վերացումը բավարար չԷ Իրանում տնտեսական պայմանները բարելավելու եւ մարդկանց կյանքի մակարդակը բարձրացնելու համար: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտարարել Է Իսլամական Հանրապետության ղեկավար եւ հոգեւոր առաջնորդ այաթոլլա Ալի Խամենեին միջուկային համաձայնագրի իրականացումն սկսելու կապակցությամբ նախագահ Հասան Ռոուհանիին հղած պատասխան ուղերձում:

«Միայն պատժամիջոցների վերացումը բավարար չԷ Իրանում տնտեսական խնդիրները լուծելու համար: Տնտեսության բոլոր ոլորտներում դժվարին աշխատանք Է պահանջվում դրա կայուն զարգացմանը հասնելու համար, անհրաժեշտ Է այն դարձնել ավելի բաց եւ բարելավել մարդկանց կենսապայմանները»,-ուղերձից մեջբերում Է արել IRNA գործակալությունը: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ Խամենեին գոհունակություն Է հայտնել պատժամիջոցների վերացման եւ միջուկային համաձայնագրի իրականացումն սկսելու կապակցությամբ:

Անվստահություն հայտնելով այն դիրքորոշմանը, որը միջուկային գործարքի պայմանների կատարման նկատմամբ ունի Միացյալ Նահանգները, Խամենեին ընդգծել Է. «Անհրաժեշտ Է նաեւ ուշադիր հետեւել այն բանին, որ համաձայնագրի հակառակ կողմն ամբողջությամբ կատարի իր պարտավորությունները: Այդ կապակցությամբ վերջին երեք օրվա ընթացքում ամերիկացի առանձին քաղաքական գործիչների արած հայտարարությունները կասկածներ են առաջացնում»:
