«Բարեկամ» Ֆրանսիայի իրական վերաբերմունքը հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ (լուսանկար)

Վիզա ստանալու հերթերը ու դրանից առաջացած անհարմարություններն արդեն երկար ժամանակ է, ինչ վատ իրավիճակի մեջ են գցում քաղաքացիներին: Շատ քաղաքացիներ բախվում են վիզա ստանալու հերթերի ու մի շարք այլ խնդիրների հետ: Թվում էր, թե վերը նշված խնդիրները չպետք է լինեն՝ իրեն ՀՀ դաշնակից և բարեկամ երկիր անվանող Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության դեսպանատան դեպքում, ի վերջո հենց ֆրանսիացիներն են հայտարարում, որ առանձնահատուկ վերաբերմունք ունեն հայ ժողովրդի հանդեպ:
Սակայն, արի ու տես, որ այդ առանձնահատուկ վերաբերմունքը դրսևորվում է նրանով, որ բարեկամ երկրի դեսպանատան աշխատակիցներն այս կառույց դիմած քաղաքացիներին վատ եղանակային պայմանների դեպքում անգամ ստիպում են ցրտին կուչ եկած ժամերով հերթ կանգնել դեսպանատան դռան առջև: Անհասկանալի է, թե ինչում է խնդիրը և ինչն է խանգարում դեսպանատան աշխատակիցներին այնպես կահավորել տարածքը, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներն ստիպված չլինեն նվաստացուցիչ պայմանների միջով անցնել: Զարմանալի է, որ Էյֆելյան աշտարակ, Լուվր, Նոտր Դամ կառուցած ազգն ի վիճակի չէ դեսպանատան տարածքում ժամանակակից պահանջներին համապատասխանող ընդունարան կահավորել:
Ընդ որում, Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Օլիվիե Դըկոտինյին սոցիալական կայքերի իր պաշտոնական էջերում հաճախ է կիսվում դրվագներով, որոնք, ըստ նրա, արտացոլում են Ֆրանսիայի իրական վերաբերմունքը բարեկամ հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ: Մինչդեռ մեր կարծիքով՝ իրական վերաբերմունքի մասին լավագույնս խոսում է հենց այս նկարը: Հուսանք՝ ֆրանսիացի պաշտոնյաները կվերանայեն իրենց «առանձնահատուկ» վերաբերմունքը ՀՀ քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ և վերջիններիս կընդունեն հավուր պատշաճի:
