Բնակարանային ապահովման աջակցությունից կարող են օգտվել ԼՂ-ից տեղահանված այն անձինք, ովքեր կդառնան ՀՀ քաղաքացի

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց բնակարանային ապահովման աջակցության ծրագրի վերաբերյալ մարտի 21-ին տեղի է ունեցել քննարկում, որին մասնակցել են ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը, ՏԿԵ նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը, Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի տեղակալներ Աննա Ժամակոչյանը, Դավիթ Խաչատրյանը և ՆԳՆ միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության պետ Արմեն Ղազարյանը։
«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ինչպես հայտնում են Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությունից՝ հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաև ՀՀ մարզպետները, Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Արմեն Փամբուխչյանը և տեղահանվածներ ՀՀ բոլոր մարզերից, ինչպես նաև Երևանից։
Հանդիպման սկզբում Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը ներկայացրել է առաջիկայում սպասվող բնակարանային ապահովման ծրագրի մանրամասները։
Նախ փոխվարչապետը նշել է, որ աջակցությունը տրամադրվելու է անձանց բնակելի տուն կառուցելու կամ տուն կամ բնակարան ձեռք բերելու համար։
Քննարկվում է նաև սոցիալական բնակարաններ կառուցելու տարբերակը, որը, սակայն, տրամադրվելու է հատուկ խնամքի կարիք ունեցող քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր օբյեկտիվ պատճառներով չեն կարող տուն կառուցել:
Փոխվարչապետը նշել է, որ ծրագիրն իրականացվելու է փուլերով։
Առաջին փուլում առաջնահերթությունը տրվելու է երեք և ավել անչափահաս երեխա ունեցող ընտանիքներին։ Հաջորդ փուլերում աջակցությունը կստանան երկու և մեկ անչափահաս երեխաներով ընտանիքները, այնուհետև այլ խմբերի ներկայացուցիչները։
Այն ընտանիքները, որոնք առաջին փուլից հետո կշարունակեն սպասել բնակարանի իրենց հերթին, կօգտվեն պետության աջակցությունից։
Բնակապահովման նպատակով աջակցության չափը մեկ անձի հաշվով նախատեսվում է շուրջ 3 մլն դրամ (առանձին բնակավայրերի դեպքում նախատեսվածից ավել):
Բնակարանային ապահովման աջակցությունից կարող են օգտվել այն անձինք, ովքեր կդառնան ՀՀ քաղաքացի։ Իսկ տվյալ բնակարանի կամ տան սեփականության իրավունքն իրենց կանցնի միայն 10-րդ տարվա ավարտին, եթե նրանք այդ ամբողջ ժամանակահատվածում բնակվել են տվյալ տանը կամ բնակարանում։
Փոխվարչապետի կողմից ծրագրի մանրամասները ներկայացնելուց հետո տեղի է ունեցել շահագրգիռ քննարկում։ Հանդիպմանը ներկա տեղահանվածները ուղղել են իրենց հետաքրքրող բոլոր հարցերը, որոնք հիմնականում վերաբերել են հենց բնակապահովման ծրագրին, ինչպես նաև այս պահին գործող պետական աջակցության մյուս ծրագրերին։
