Մարտի 21-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը Մոնտեվիդեոյում հանդիպում է ունեցել Ուրուգվայի ներկայացուցիչների պալատի նախագահ Անա Օլիվերայի հետ:

Զրուցակիցները գոհունակությամբ նշել են երկու երկրների գործադիր և օրենսդիր մարմինների պատրաստակամությունն ընդլայնել երկկողմ հարաբերությունների օրակարգը՝ ընդգծելով երկու հասարակությունների միջև տասնամյակներ շարունակ ձևավորված խորը կապը։

Արարատ Միրզոյանը կարևորել է նաև խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության դերը, այդ թվում՝ բարեկամական խմբերի ակտիվ համագործակցությունը:

ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը բարձր է գնահատել երկու երկրների համերաշխությունը և ցուցաբերած մոտեցումը համամարդկային արժեքների պաշտպանության հարցում, որոնք, ցավոք, շարունակաբար խախտվում են մեր տարածաշրջանում:

Նախարար Միրզոյանը Անա Օլիվերային է ներկայացրել Հարավային Կովկասում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումները՝ անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև բանակցությունների ընթացքին: ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը վերահաստատել է Հայաստանի հանձնառությունը խաղաղության օրակարգին, զրուցակցին ներկայացնելով՝ Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումները և տեսլականը Հարավային Կովկասում կայունության ու զարգացման նոր փուլ բացելու հարցում: Արարատ Միրզոյանը հավելել է, որ այդ ուղղությամբ առկա հնարավորությունը կյանքի կոչելու համար անհրաժեշտ է նաև մյուս դերակատարների համարժեք հանձնառությունը։
