«Գնամ, ի՞նչ անեմ». ԵՄ-ի հետ վիզայի ազատականացման դեպքում ՀՀ քաղաքացիները կմեկնե՞ն Եվրոպա բնակության

Մինչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շարունակում է խոսել սահմանազատման ու սահմանագծման աշխատանքների մասին, իր հետ ման տալիս Հայաստանի մակետը, հետն էլ հայտարարում, թե Ոսկեպարի ժողովուրդը դեմ չէ այս քարտեզին, ՀՀ-ն ապրում է բարդ շրջանի հերթական փուլը։

Մի կողմից, իշխանությունը պատրաստվում է ՀՀ գյուղեր տալ Ադրբեջանին, մյուս կողմից՝ բռնի տեղահանված արցախցիների խնդիրները դեռ լուծված չեն, նրանք շարունակում են հեռանալ երկրից,  ժողովրդի մոտ էլ անորոշություն է՝ ի՞նչ է լինելու հետո։

Այս ամենի հետ միասին, հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները ապրում են խորը ճգնաժամ՝ գնալով դաշնակից երկրների հարաբերությունները ավելի ու ավելի են վատանում, հնչում են հայտարարություններ, մասնավորապես, ՔՊ-ականների կողմից, որ Հայաստանը դուրս կգա ՀԱՊԿ-ից, որ ռուսական բազան դուրս կբերվի Հայաստանից։ Նույն ՔՊ-ականների խոսքով՝ սրան զուգահեռ Հայաստանը բարելավում է հարաբերությունները ԵՄ-ի հետ։ 

Տարիներ շարունակ Հայաստանը սպասում է ԵՄ հետ վիզայի ազատականացման: ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն էլ հայտարարեց, որ այս ամիսների ընթացքում ուշադրության կենտրոնում է պահում Եվրամիության հետ վիզաների ազատականացման մասով երկխոսությունը… ու ահա քանի-քանի տարի է սպասում ենք, թե երբ կգա այդ օրը, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացիները կարողանան ԵՄ մուտք գործել առանց վիզա, ինչպես հարևան վրացիները։

Այն ամենի ֆոնին աավելի ու ավելի ակտուալ է դառնում հարցը՝ արդյո՞ք այդ դեպքում, երբ հնարավորություն կընձեռվի եվրոպական երկրներ ազատ մուտք գործել (թեև օրինական գտնվել հնարավոր կլինի միայն մի քանի ամիս), ՀՀ քաղաքացիները կմեկնե՞ն ԵՄ բնակության, այլ կերպ ասած՝ կարտագաղթե՞ն:

Այս հարցի շուրջ MediaHub-ը հարցում անցկացրեց իր ընթերցողների շրջանում: Նյութը պատրաստելու պահին հարցմանը մասնակցել է շուրջ 9000 մարդ, և ահա ինչ պատկեր ունենք։

«Ոչ» պատասխանն ընտրել է ընթերցողների 66%-ը, «Այո» պատասխանը՝ 19%-ը, «Գնամ, ի՞նչ անեմ» պատասխանը՝ 9%-ը, իսկ «Անպայման, միայն այդ հնարավորությանն եմ սպասում» տարբերակն ընտրել է հարցմանը մասնակցածների 2%-ը: «Չգիտեմ» տարբերակն էլ ընտրել է ընթերցողների 3%-ը:

Հարցման ընթացքում ընթերցողները նաև մեկնաբանություններ են թողել․ «Ո՛չ, և ընդհանրապես, իմ հայրենիքն ամնեալավն է, թափառման պետք չի դառնալ»։

«Հայրենիքին հեռվից չեն սիրում, ի վերջո հասկացե՛ք, մենք մեր ապրելով ենք պահում Հայաստանը»,- գրել է մյուս ընթերցողը։

Սակայն կան ընթերցողներ, որոնք այլ կերպ են մտածում: Օրինակ, մասնակիցներից մեկը նշել է, որ կգնար անվերադարձ Ամերիկա, այլ ոչ թե ԵՄ։ Մյուսն էլ նշել է, որ եթե այս վիճակը մնա, ապա հաստատ կմեկնի ԵՄ։ 

Այսպիսով, ամփոփելով արդյունքները՝ կարող ենք փաստել, որ հարցմանը մասնակցած քաղաքացիների մեծամասնությունը, անգամ վիզայի ազատականացման դպքում, չեն պատրաստվում մեկնել անվերադարձ ԵՄ, միայն որպես զբոսաշրջիկ։
