Արևմուտքը միջամտում է ՀՀ ներքին գործերին՝ սլաքներն ուղղելով Մոսկվայի կողմը

Թեև հավաքական Արևմուտքը հաճախ է ՌԴ-ին մեղադրում այլ երկրների ինքնիշխանությունը խախտելու և նրանց ներքին գործերին միջամտելու մեջ, փաստերը ցույց են տալիս, որ հենց արևմտյան երկրներն են աչքի ընկնում նման վարքագծով: Ասվածի վառ ապացույցը հետհեղափոխական Հայաստանն է, տպավորություն է, որ Փաշինյանն ու նրա թիմակիցներ որևէ առանցքային հարցում ինքնուրույն որոշում չեն կայացնում՝ սպասելով Արևմուտքից հնչող հուշումների: Իսկ երբ դրանք հայտնվում են՝ գործում են դրանց համապատասխան:
Առաջին նման դրվագը եղավ դեռևս 2018-ին, երբ Հայաստան էր այցելել ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դ. Թրամփի ազգային անվտանգության հարցերով խորհրդական Բոլթոնը: Նա հայտնի է որպես Իրանի նկատմամբ կոշտ քաղաքականության կողմնակից, ով 2007թ.-ին անգամ հանդես էր գալիս Իրանի նկատմամբ ռազմական գործողություն սկսելու կոչերով: Նա բավական մեծ դերակատարում ունի Իրանի հետ միջուկային գործարքից ԱՄՆ դուրս գալու և Իրանի նկատմամբ նոր պատժամիջոցների սահմանման գործում: Հաշվի առնելով այս ամենը՝ կարելի է ենթադրել, որ Իրանի նկատմամբ հարավկովկասյան երկրների մոտեցումների հստակեցումը Ջ. Բոլթոնի տարածաշրջանային այցի հիմնական խնդիրներից էր: Եվ զարմանալի չէ, որ անմիջապես Բոլթոնի այցից հետո վարչապետ Փաշինյանը հայտարարում էր, որ հայ-իրանական սահմանը կարող է ինչ-որ պահի փակվել: Անգամ այսօր սահմանին ԵՄ դիտորդներին տեղակայելը նույնպես հարված է Իրանի շահերին:
Մեկ այլ օրինակ: Ամիսներ առաջ Միացյալ Նահանգները հայտարարել էին, որ որոշ «դերակատարներ շարունակում են փորձել խուսափել Ռուսաստանի հետ կապված պատժամիջոցներից՝ փորձելով շրջանցել արտահանման վերահսկողությունը», այդ թվում՝ երրորդ կողմի միջնորդությամբ: Հրապարակված ուղեցույցում Չինաստանի, Թուրքիայի, Ուզբեկստանի կողքին նշված է նաև Հայաստանը։ Եվ արի ու տես, որ անմիջապես դրանից հետո հայկական կոմերցիոն բանկերը սինխրոն որոշում են կայացնում դադարեցնել ռուսական «ՄԻՐ» վճարային համակարգի սպասարկումը:
Կամ ինչպես հասկանալ այն, որ Հայաստանում ԵՄ դեսպան Անդրեա Վիկտորինը բացահայտ Ստամբուլյան կոնվենցիայի լոբբինգով է զբաղվում: «Ուզում եմ, որ Ստամբուլյան կոնվենցիան վավերացվի։ Ես գիտեմ՝ կան մարդիկ, որոնց դուր չի գա այն նախադասությունը, որը ես արտաբերեցի, սակայն ես կրկնում եմ՝ այն կանանց պաշտպանության համար է։ Ես ակնկալում եմ, որ քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչները պիտի կարողանան մեզ աջակցել»,- «Ժողովրդավարության հայկական ֆորում»-ի ժամանակ ասել էր նա։ Եվ անմիջապես դրանից հետո ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորներն ԱԺ են բերում նախագիծ, որը կարելի է համարել կոնվենցիայի ընդունման նախերգանք և ըստ որի՝ ընտանիքի սահմանումն ընդլայնված է եւ ավելացել է զուգընկեր եւ զուգընկերուհի հասկացությունները: Իսկ Սահմանադրության նոր տարբերակում, ըստ որոշ տեղեկությունների, պատրաստվում են ամրագրել գենդերային բազմազանություն տերմինը:
Իրեն չի կորցնում նաև ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Քվինը, ով օրը ցերեկով այցելում Է ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարան: Սուրճ խմելո՞ւ, թե ցուցումներ տալո՞ւ նպատակով էր նա հանդիպում դատավորների հետ:
Եվ այս ամենն ընդամենը մի քանի օրինակներ են, ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ ՌԴ-ն չէ, որ միջամտում է Հայաստանի ներքին գործերին և արտաքին ու ներքին քաղաքական օրակարգ թելադրում...
