Ի՞նչ են բանակցում Տավուշի գյուղերը հանձնելու վերաբերյալ

«Քննարկումները հիմա հանձնաժողովների աշխատանքների շրջանակներում շարունակվում են: Նրանք աշխատում են մեր նշած հիմքերի հիման վրա, որը հանրայնացվել է: Խոսքը Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի եւ խորհրդային ժամանակաշրջանում գոյություն ունեցող սահմանի մասին է: Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագիրը հիմք է, քարտեզները, ինչպես նշել էինք, խորհրդային շրջանում գոյություն ունեցող ամենաթարմ քարտեզներն են: Մենք դրա հետ կապված հայտարարություններ արդեն արել ենք»,-խորհրդարանում այս մասին ասաց ԱԳ փոխնախարար Մնացական Սաֆարյանը՝ խոսելով Տավուշի գյուղերը Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու շուրջ տարվող բանակցությունների մասին:
«Հրապարակ»-ի հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ որոշվեց սահմանազատումը սկսել հենց Տավուշից, այլ ոչ թե Ջերմուկից , Գեղարքունիքից, Սյունիքից, Սաֆարյանն ասաց. «Դրա վերաբերյալ քննարկումները նույնպես շարունակվում են: Պետք է սպասել այդ քննարկումների ամփոփմանը։ Վերջնական եզրահանգումներին սպասենք, դրանից հետո պաշտոնական տեղեկություն կլինի»:
Դիտարկմանը, որ ադրբեջանական կողմից սահմանազատման հարցերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Մուստաֆաեւի գրասենյակից են ավելի վաղ ասել, որ այդ 4 գյուղերի տարածքները պետք է անհապաղ ազատել մինչ սահմանազատում իրականացնելը, Մնացականյանը պատասխանեց. «Հայկական կողմն էլ է դիրքորոշում հայտնել, որ կենսական տարածքները 31 գյուղերի նույնպես այս քննարկման շրջանակներում է: Հայաստանն իր սուվերեն տարածքի բռնազավթման հետ կապված բազմիցս հանդես է եկել հայտարարություններով: Սահմանազատման աշխատանքների այն մասը, որի վերաբերյալ կան որոշակի պայմանավորվածություններ, արդեն հանրայնացվել է, արվել են պաշտոնական հայտարարություններ: Այս փուլում հավելյալ տեղեկատվություն ես չունեմ»:
