«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարության նիստերին օրակարգում ընդգրկված հարցերից զեկուցվող է լինում առավելագույնը 2-3 հարց, որոնց շուրջ էլ ծավալվում են երկարաշունչ «քննարկումները»:

Թերթի տեղեկություններով՝ կառավարության յուրաքանչյուր նիստից առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ոչ միայն նախապես ճշտում է, թե նիստի օրակարգում ինչ նախագծեր են ներառված, այլև անձամբ առանձնացնում է իր համար «ցանկալի» երեքը, որոնց շուրջ կարող է «ծավալվել», և որոնք կարող են փիառային էֆեկտ ունենալ։ Ընդ որում, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, այդ «ընտրյալ» հարցերը, որոնք պետք է զեկուցվեն և քննարկվեն նիստի ընթացքում, նախարարական կոմիտեներում առանձնապես երկար քննարկում չեն անցնում, որ կառավարության նիստում «ցույց տալու բան լինի», կարծիքների հակադրություններ լինեն և այլն:

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ դա բացատրվում է նրանով, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է հանրությանը ցույց տալ, թե ինչպես է «իր կողմից ընտրված լեգիտիմ կառավարությունն» աշխատում, ինչ հրաշք գործեր են անում, գումարած՝ ինչ ժողովրդավարական քննարկումներ են ընթանում։

Ըստ էության, սրա արդյունքում է, որ, չնայած օրակարգում զեկուցվող 2-3 հարց է ներառված լինում, սակայն նիստերը ձգվում են 90, հաճախ նաև 100 րոպե, իսկ շատ հաճախ որևէ հարց ընդունվում է դրա վերաբերյալ «տարբեր կարծիքների» պարագայում, չնայած իրականում բոլորը լուռ հետևում են Փաշինյանի ձեռքին։ Ի դեպ, ուշագրավ է, որ կառավարության վերջին նիստը, որը վարում էր փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը, տևեց ընդամենը 25 րոպե:
