Մարտի 25-ին պաշտոնական այցով Բուենոս Այրեսում գտնվող ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել Արգենտինյան Հանրապետության արտաքին հարաբերությունների, միջազգային առևտրի և պաշտամունքի նախարար Դիանա Մոնդինոյի հետ:

Երկուստեք գոհունակությամբ ընդգծվել է երկու երկրների միջև առկա քաղաքական երկխոսության բարձր մակարդակը՝ հիմնված Հայաստանի և Արգենտինայի ժողովուրդների միջև երկարամյա բարեկամական կապերի վրա։ ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարն ընդգծել է Հարավային Ամերիկայում Արգենտինայի դերը որպես ՀՀ կարևոր գործընկեր՝ նշելով, որ դրա պարզ վկայությունն են նաև բարձրաստիճան փոխայցելությունները։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում երկուստեք պատրաստակամություն է արտահայտվել ուսումնասիրել նոր հնարավորությունները և խորացնել փոխգործակցությունը փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող, այդ թվում՝ առևտրատնտեսական, բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների, կրթական, էներգետիկ ոլորտներում։ Գոհունակությամբ նշվել է, որ երկու երկրների միջև ձևավորվել է լայն իրավապայմանագրային բազա՝ միաժամանակ ընդգծելով փոխգործակցության ընդլայնմանը համահունչ այն նոր ուղղություններով համալրելու պատրաստակամությունը։

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել երկու երկրների դիվանագիտական դպրոցների միջև փոխգործակցության հարցերի:

Հայաստանի և Արգենտինայի միջև առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունների խթանման համատեքստում ընդգծվել է նաև ներդրումային ծրագրերի հետագա խրախուսման կարևորությունը։

Երկու երկրների միջև համագործակցության զարգացման համատեքստում նախարարներ Արարատ Միրզոյանը և Դիանա Մոնդինյոն անդրադարձել են նաև Արգենտինայում հայ համայնքի՝ որպես յուրատեսակ կամրջի դերին։

Հայաստանի և Արգենտինայի ԱԳ նախարարները քննարկվել են նաև տարածաշրջանային անվտանգությանը վերաբերող հարցեր։ Նախարար Միրզոյանն իր գործընկերոջն է ներկայացրել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի վերջին զարգացումները և խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախագծի շուրջ ընթացող բանակցությունները։ Կարևորվել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանազատման գործընթացի ապահովումը՝ հիմնված 1991թ. Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի վրա, և ընդհանուր առմամբ մինչ օրս բարձրագույն մակարդակով ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններին հավատարմությունը։

Տարածաշրջանային տրանսպորտային և տնտեսական կապուղիների ապաշրջափակման համատեքստում Արարատ Միրզոյանը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից մշակված «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» ծրագիրը՝ մատնանշելով դրա միջոցով ընձեռնվող տնտեսական և կապուղիների զարգացման հնարավորությունները, տարածաշրջանում կայունությանը նպաստելու ներուժը:
