ԱրարատԲանկը սույն թվականի մարտի 26-ից մինչև հունիսի 26-ը սկսում է պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխման գործընթացը ստորև նշված պայմաններով․
Ընդհանուր ծավալը՝ 5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար
Քանակը՝ 200 հազար հատ
Անվանական արժեքը՝ 25 ԱՄՆ դոլար
Շրջանառության ժամկետը՝ 48 ամիս
Արժեկտրոնային տարեկան եկամտաբերությունը՝ 5.75%
Արժեկտրոնի վճարման պարբերականությունը՝ եռամսյակային
Տեղաբաշխման ավարտից հետո պարտատոմսերը ներկայացվելու են ցուցակման AMX Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսա:
ԱրարատԲանկի Ներդրումային ծառայությունների վարչության ղեկավար Սևակ Մանուկյանի խոսքով պարտատոմսերի մեջ ներդրումը շահեկան է, քանի որ պարտատոմսերն ունեն բարձր իրացվելիություն ու ցանկացած պահի կարող են վաճառվել երկրորդային շուկայում բանկի կամ այլ բրոքերի միջոցով։ Ավելին, նոր հաճախորդների համար ԱՄՆ դոլարով բանկային հաշիվները կբացվեն՝ առանց տարեկան սպասարկման վճարի, ինչպես նաև արժեթղթերի (դեպո) հաշիվներ՝ առանց պահպանման վճարի։
ԱրարատԲանկի 27-րդ թողարկման դոլարային պարտատոմսերի վերաբերյալ ամբողջական տեղեկատվությունը հասանելի այս հղմամբ։
Պարտատոմսերի թողարկման ծրագրային ազդագիրը գրանցվել է ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից 2023թ․-ի սեպտեմբերի 6-ին։
