Մոսկվայի «Կրոկուս» համերգասրահում տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչությունից հետո, Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունները հայտարարել են, որ պատվիրատուները Ուկրաինան, ԱՄՆ-ն և Մեծ Բրիտանիան են։

ԱԴԾ տնօրեն Բորտիկովն այդ մասին հայտարարել է ռուսական պետական հեռուստաընկերության եթերում։ Նման կոշտ արձանագրումից հետո, Ռուսաստանը հետխորհրդային տարածքի գրեթե բոլոր երկրներին տեղեկացրել է հնարավոր զարգացումների, ինչպես նաև չափազանց կարևոր կողմնորոշումների մասին։ Նախազգուշացրել, որ այլևս « և՛-և»՛-ի մեղմ քաղաքականությունը չի հանդուրժվելու, երկրները պետք է հստակ դիրքորոշում հայտնեն, թե որ կողմում են թեժացող պատերազմում։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ մասնավորապես հայկական կողմին բաց տեքստով ասվել է, որ ապրիլի 5-ին Բրյուսելում նախատեսված հանդիպմանը, Հայաստանի իշխանությունների մասնակցությունը ցանկալի չէ Մոսկվայի համար։

Նշենք, որ ապրիլի 5-ին Բրյուսելում պետք է հանդիպեն Եվրահանձնաժողվի նախագահ Ուրսուլա Ֆոնդերլայնը, ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենը և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ քննարկելու հետագա համագործակցությունը, իբր Հայաստանի դիմակայունությունը բարձրացնելու համար։

Մոսկվան լուրջ մտավախություններ ունի այդ հանդիպման վերաբերյալ և հայկական կողմին զգուշացրել է, որ այդ հանդիպման մասնակցությունն այլևս անշրջելի կդարձնի հարաբերությունների հետագա վատթարացումը։

Հայտնի չէ, դեռ ինչ է պատասխանել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, որն այս օրերին ակտիվ քննարկումների մեջ է իր «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության հետ։ Վարչախումբը մտավախություններ ունի ոչ այնքան հանդիպման փաստից, որքան վախենում է սեփական շարքերում հնարավոր ընդվզման հնարավորությունից։
