SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ մարտի 23-ին, արտառոց դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ Այդ օրը ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ մարզի գյուղերից մեկի բնակիչը հաճախակի ծեծի է ենթարկել իր անչափահաս դստերը և փորձել սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալ նրա հետ: 

Նշված գյուղ են մեկնել ոստիկանության Վարդենիսի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը, որտեղ անչափահասի մայրը հայտնել է, որ մարտի 22-ին ժամը 16։00-ի սահմաններում ամուսինը իրենց տանը ծեծի է ենթարկել իր անչափահաս դստերը, ձեռքերով 3 անգամ հարվածել է մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ, իսկ մարտի 14-ին իրենց տանը փորձել է սեռական բնույթի հարաբերություն ունենալ իր դստեր հետ: 

Ոստիկանները նույն օրը գյուղից  հանցագործություն կատարելու հիմնավոր կասկածի հիմքով ձերբակալել և ոստիկանության Վարդենիսի բաժին են տեղափոխվել այդ տղամարդուն։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Վարդենիսի բաժնում կազմվել են փաստաթղթեր, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժին, որտեղ  ՀՀ քր. օր.-ի 198-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով և ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 195-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնել է քրեական վարույթ։
