Հայաստանն այս տարի ընտրվել է ՄԱԿ-ի գինու զբոսաշրջության 8-րդ գլոբալ համաժողովի անցկացման կենտրոն: «National Geographic» պարբերականը շրջել է Հայաստանի մարզերում և ներկայացրել Հայաստանում գինու մշակույթը։

«Մինչև գրերի գյուտը, երբ մարդիկ առաջին անգամ հրաժարվեցին կայծքարից և սկսեցին պղնձից ու բրոնզից գործիքներ պատրաստել, հայերը զբաղվում էին գինեգործությամբ։ Երկրի հսկայական լեռնային հովիտներում աճեցված տեղական խաղողը հնացել է կավե կարասներում (սափորներում) և տարբեր հնագույն մեթոդներով գինու է վերածվել ավելի քան 6000 տարի: Այսօր հայ գինեգործները շարունակում են մշակել հողը, որպեսզի ստեղծեն յուրահատուկ գինիներ և պահպանեն երկրի ոչ նյութական գինեգործական ժառանգությունը: Այս նվիրվածությունը ճանաչում է ձեռք բերել, քանի որ հայկական գինիների ժողովրդականությունն աշխարհում շարունակում է աճել։

Արմավիր

Արմավիրի մարզը, որը գտնվում է ծովի մակարդակից 900-ից 1000 մետր բարձրության վրա, իդեալական է խաղողի տարբեր տեսակների աճեցման համար՝ «Կանգունից», «Գառան դմակից», «Մշկալիից» և «Հաղթանակից» մինչև Malbec, Montepulciano, Chardonnay և Chenin Blanc: Արմավիրի հողը համարվում է Հայաստանի ամենաբերրի հողերից մեկը և գյուղատնտեսության կարիքների համար օգտագործվել է նախաքրիստոնեական դարաշրջանից:

Արարատ

Նույնիսկ Աստվածաշնչում է պատմվում, որ Արարատ լեռան կանաչ նախալեռները խնամքով մշակվել են։ Խաղողի վազերի շարքերը կանաչում են վիթխարի լեռան ֆոնին, որը դարձել է Հայաստանի խորհրդանիշը։ Գյուղացիներն աճեցնում են դեղձի, ծիրանի, ինչպես նաև խաղողի այգիներ («Հաղթանակ» սորտի)։

Վայոց Ձոր

Վայոց ձորը Հայաստանի բոլոր գինեգործական մարզերից ամենահայտնին է։ Արենի նախապատմական բնակավայրում, որն առաջին անգամ բնակեցվել է վաղ բրոնզի դարում, գտնվում է աշխարհի ամենահին հայտնի գինեգործարանը՝ Արենի-1 քարանձավային համալիրը, որտեղ 2007 թվականի պեղումների ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են գինու պահպանման անոթներ և սափորներ, գինու մամլիչներ և խեցեղենի բեկորներ, որոնց տարիքը գերազանցում է 6100 տարին: Այս շրջանը նաև Հայաստանի «Սև Արենի» սորտի սև խաղողի ծննդավայրն է: Այսօր խաղողը դեռևս օգտագործվում է բարձրորակ չոր գինիներ ստեղծելու համար, որոնք բնութագրվում են իրենց կարմրավուն գույնով և թթվաշ համով:

Արագածոտն

Արագածոտնի Ոսկեվազ գյուղից ոչ հեռու գտնվում է 7-րդ դարի Սուրբ Հովհաննես կիսավեր բազիլիկը։ Այստեղ պեղումների ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են հին կավե կարասներ և այլ ապացույցներ այն մասին, որ նրա բնակիչները մոտ 1500 տարի այստեղ գինի են պատրաստել։ Ենթադրվում է, որ միջնադարյան այս գինեգործներն օգտագործել են Արարատյան դաշտի հարավային մասում աճեցված խաղողը և տեղափոխել այն Արագածոտնի հյուսիսային հատված:

Տավուշ

Տավուշի լեռնային շրջանը, որը բնութագրվում է մաքուր, խայտաբղետ ժայռերով և գեղատեսիլ ալպիական լճերով, ձգվում է մինչև Վրաստան-Հայաստան սահմանը: Տավուշի ալպիական խաղողի այգիները բաղկացած են մոտ 1000 հեկտարից, որոնցից շատերը ծառայում են «Լալվար» սորտի խաղողի աճեցմանը։ Այն բնիկ խաղողի սորտ է, որն օգտագործվում է բաց սպիտակ և փրփրուն գինիներում:

Կոտայք

Կոտայքում կարելի է գտնել հունա-հռոմեական ավերակներ և վանական համալիրներ, որոնք վաղուց են գրավում մշակույթով հետաքրքրվող ճանապարհորդներին: Այն նաև Հայաստանի ամենանորարար գինեգործական շրջաններից մեկն է»,-գրել է պարբերականը:
