«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Օրերս տեղեկություններ տարածվեցին, որ ՌԴ-ն արգելել է մի շարք իշխանականների ու մերձիշխանականների մուտքը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն: Շրջանառվում էր նաև ԱԺ ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գուրգեն Արսենյանի, ինչպես նաև մեկ այլ պատգամավորի՝ քպական Գուրգեն Մելքոնյանի անունը: Ի հավելումն սրա, կան տեղեկություններ, որ ՌԴ-ն արդեն արգելել է նաև Արցախի «սորոսական» ՀԿ սեկտորից ակտիվ հակառուս համարվող Տիգրան Պետրոսյանի մուտքը:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ինչպես ասվում է, սրանք «դեռ ծաղիկներն» են: Մեր մոսկովյան աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Ռուսաստանում մանրամասն հետևում են Հայաստանում հակառուսական արշավի «ակտորներին», ուսումնասիրում են, թե ովքեր են հատկապես աչքի ընկնում, հակառուսական գաղափարներ գեներացնում, կոնկրետ քայլեր իրականացնում այդ ուղղությամբ: Ըստ այդմ, մեր տեղեկություններով, կա «սև ցուցակ», որը պարբերաբար «թարմացվում» է: Այս ցուցակում ներգրավված անձանց պարագայում կիրառվելու են որոշակի պատժամիջոցներ, որոնք չեն սահմանափակվելու միայն ՌԴ մուտքն արգելելով: Եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ այդ անձանց մեջ քիչ չեն նրանք, որոնք բիզնես հետաքրքրություններ ունեն Ռուսաստանում, ինչպես նաև հարազատներ, բարեկամներ, որոնք ապրում ու աշխատում են ՌԴ-ում, ապա պատկերն առավել ամբողջական կլինի:
Ի դեպ, այս ֆոնին ուշագրավ է, որ երեկ ՀՀՌՑ-ն արգելափակել է հանրային մուլտիպլեքսով սփռվող «ՌՏՌ-ՊԼԱՆԵՏԱ» հեռուստաալիքով հեռարձակվող «Երեկոն Վլադիմիր Սոլովյովի հետ» և «Կիրակի երեկոն Վլադիմիր Սոլովյովի հետ» հեղինակային հաղորդումների հեռարձակումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում: Սրան զուգահեռ հայտնի դարձավ, որ «Հայաստանի հեռուստատեսային և ռադիոհաղորդիչ ցանց» ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Մուշեղ Միլիտոնյանը հրաժարականի դիմում է ներկայացրել։ Թե որքանով են սրանք փոխկապակցված, արդյո՞ք Միլիտոնյանի հրաժարականը ներիշխանական հերթական «բազարների» հետևանք է, թե նշյալ սանկցիաներից «արագի մեջ» խուսափելու հնարավորություն, ցույց կտա ժամանակը:
