Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի հարաբերությունների վատթարացումը կարող է վերածվել թշնամանքի: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասել է «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։

Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ Հայաստանում մարդիկ լիովին չեն հասկանում, թե ինչ է նշանակում թշնամություն Ռուսաստանի հետ։

Չալաբյանի կարծիքով՝ այսպես շարունակվելու դեպքում Ռուսաստանը կարող է դադարեցնել ազատ վիզային ռեժիմը Հայաստանի հետ, որից հետո տասնյակ հազարավոր մարդիկ չեն կարողանա մեկնել Ռուսաստան աշխատելու։

«Ռուսաստանի հետ ունենք հսկայական ծավալի առևտուր, ֆինանսական հոսքեր, ներդրումներ։ Ռուսաստանը եթե նույնիսկ ուժային որևէ գործողություն չանի, կարող է տառացիորեն տնտեսապես խեղդել Հայաստանին, որովհետև նշաններ են ցույց տալիս, ասում են՝ շատ մի գրգռեք իրավիճակը, մենք էլ լծակներ ունենք։ Չպետք է թույլ տալ, որ Ռուսաստանը սկսկի կիրառել այդ լծակները, որովհետև դա լինելու է մեր ժողովրդի, ամեն մեկի քրտինքի և արյան հաշվին»,- ասել է Չալաբյանը։

Նրա դիտարկմամբ՝ Արևմուտքը Ռուսաստանի հետ հակամարտության ամենաթեժ փուլում է գտնվում. Մակրոնը չի բացառում Ուկրաինա զորքեր ուղարկելը, իսկ Լեհաստանն ահազանգում է, թե պատերազմը մոտենում է իրենց սահմաններին, և պետք է պատրաստ լինել կռվելու ընդդեմ Ռուսաստանի։

«Արևմուտքում հիստերիան աճում է, թեև չեմ կարծում, որ Ռուսաստանը հարձակվելու է Եվրոպայի վրա։ Արևմուտքում ցանկացած գործընթացի նայում են այս պրիզմայով։ Նրանց հետաքրքրում է սեփական անվտանգությունն ու Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ առավելության հասնելը, ոչ թե Հայաստանը։ Սա հանգեցնում է Հայաստանի պարտությանը, որովհետեւ Արեւմուտքի հետ մեր ցանկացած պայմանավորվածություն Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների վատթարացման հաշվին է կատարվում։ Բայց, ի տարբերություն Արևմուտքի, Ռուսաստանը տարածաշրջանում ներկայացված է ռազմական ուժով, իսկ Արևմուտքը՝ ոչ։ Արևմուտքի ազդեցությունը տարածաշրջանում փափուկ ուժի տեսքով է՝ կարող են, օրինակ, պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել կամ առևտրային սահմանափակումներ մտնել, բայց ռազմական ուժ, ի վերջո չունեն, իսկ Ռուսաստանն ունի։ Ընդ որում, չմոռանանք, որ Հյուսիսային Կովկասում, Կասպից ծովի վրա ևս ռազմական զգալի ներկայություն ունի Ռուսաստանը, որի ազդեցությունը տարածաշրջանի վրա շատ ավելի ուղիղ է։ Չմոռանանք նաև, որ Իրանը ոչ թե Արեւմուտքի, այլ Ռուսաստանի դաշնակիցն է, և Իրանի զինված ուժերն էլ են ազդում տարածաշրջանի վրա՝ հաճախ Ռուսաստանի հետ համատեղ ու կոորդինացված գործողությունների միջոցով։

Ասում են՝ վիզային ռեժիմը կարող են ազատականացնել ԵՄ-ի հետ։ Շատ լավ, հրաշալի է, միայն լավ կլինի, եթե վիզային ռեժիմն ազատականացվի, բայց սրա համար պիտի վճարենք Տավուշի գյուղերո՞վ, առանց վիզայի Եվրոպա գնալ-գալու համար պետք է Տավուշի գյուղերը հանձնե՞նք։ Կշեռքի նժարի վրա հավասար բաներ չեն դրված։ Ցավալին այն է, որ հասարակության որոշ մասն անտարբեր է Տավուշի գյուղերի նկատմամբ, բայց առանց վիզայի Եվրոպա ճամփորդելու նկատմամբ, ընդհակառակը, ավելի տարբերակված է՝ դա ավելի կարևոր է նրանց համար, քան Տավուշի գյուղերը»,- նշեց Չալաբյանը։
