Եվրոպացիներն արձանագրում են Հայաստանի տնտեսական կախվածությունը Ռուսաստանից

Մինչ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները հայտարարում են դեպի Եվրոպա ձգտելու, Ռուսաստանից առկա կախվածությունը նվազեցնելու իրենց մտադրության մասին, նույնիսկ եվրոպական առաջատար փորձագիտական կենտրոններն են արձանագրում Հայաստանի` տնտեսական ավելի մեծ կախվածության մեջ հայտնվելու փաստը։
Եվրամիության գործադիր մարմնի հետ սերտ առնչություններ ունեցող «Եվրոակտիվ» լրատվական կայքը նշել է, որ, չնայած Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև քաղաքական հարաբերությունների վատթարացմանը, երկկողմ առևտուրը ծաղկում է։
Մոսկվայի դեմ պատժամիջոցներից հետո, 2022 թվականին Հայաստանի արտահանումը Ռուսաստան եռապատկվել է, իսկ 2023 թվականի հունվար-օգոստոս ժամանակահատվածում կրկնապատկվել, թեև Հայաստանի քաղաքական հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ վերջին մի քանի տարիների ընթացքում զգալիորեն վատթարացել են` երկկողմ առևտուրը ծաղկում է ապրում։ 2023 թվականին Ռուսաստանի հետ առևտուրը կազմել է Հայաստանի արտաքին առևտրի ավելի քան 35 %-ը, մինչդեռ ողջ Եվրամիության մասնաբաժինն ընդհանուրում՝ ընդամենը 13 % է։
Ռուսաստանի հետ առևտրից` Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեծ կախվածությունը, գործնականում երկրի համար անհնար է դարձրել միանալ Մոսկվայի դեմ պատժամիջոցներին՝ առանց տնտեսական աննախադեպ անկման վտանգի։
Այնուամենայնիվ, ռուսական շուկայում աճող տնտեսական կախվածությունը չի խոչընդոտում Հայաստանի կառավարության՝ երկրի աշխարհաքաղաքական կողմնորոշումն աստիճանաբար դեպի Արևմուտք փոխելու փորձերին։
Հայաստանի վիճակագրական կոմիտեի տվյալներով՝ 2022 թվականին առևտուրը գրեթե կրկնապատկվել է՝ հասնելով 5,3 միլիարդ դոլարի, ինչն արագ տեմպերով շարունակվել է 2023 թվականին և 2024 թվականի առաջին ամիսներին։
Դեպի Ռուսաստան հայկական արտահանման աճը մեծապես պայմանավորված է երրորդ երկրներից ապրանքների վերարտահանմամբ, և դա, թերևս, լուրջ կռվան է նաև Հայաստանի ձեռքին ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանի, այլև Արևմուտքի հետ հարաբերություններում։
Ըստ էության, նույն Հայաստանը լիակատար հնարավորություն ունի կամուրջ դառնալու Հայաստանի և Արևմուտքի միջև, և այս հանգամանքը բավականին լուրջ քաղաքական ու տնտեսական դիվիդենտներ կարող էր բերել Հայաստանին, մինչդեռ գործող իշխանություններն անընդհատ ցանկանում են կտրել Ռուսաստանի հետ պորտալարը՝ դրանով նոր խնդիրներ հարուցելով երկրի համար։
