Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշմամբ Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցիչ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանը եւ ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակի եւս երեք աշխատակիցներ 16 օրով գործուղվում են Հաագա:

Որոշման մեջ ասվում է. «Ղեկավարվելով «Կառավարության կառուցվածքի և գործունեության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 7-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ մասով, «Քաղաքացիական ծառայության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 16-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, 29-րդ հոդվածով, հիմք ընդունելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2005 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 29-ի N 2335-Ն որոշումը և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 19-ի N 1230-Ն որոշումը՝

  1. Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցիչ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանին, Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակի (այսուհետ՝ գրասենյակ) ղեկավար Լիպարիտ Դրմեյանին, գրասենյակի միջպետական վեճերով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության շահերի պաշտպանության վարչության պետ Արամ Արամյանին և գրասենյակի միջազգային արբիտրաժներում և օտարերկրյա դատարաններում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության շահերի պաշտպանության վարչության պետ Քրիստինե Խանազադյանին 2024 թվականի ապրիլի 12-27-ը ներառյալ գործուղել Նիդերլանդների Թագավորություն (Հաագա)՝ Ռասայական խտրականության բոլոր ձևերի վերացման մասին միջազգային կոնվենցիայի հիման վրա ՄԱԿ-ի Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանում քննվող Հայաստանն ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի և Ադրբեջանն ընդդեմ Հայաստանի դատական գործերի շրջանակներում կողմերի ներկայացրած նախնական առարկություններին վերաբերող բանավոր լսումներին մասնակցելու նպատակով:
  2. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմին՝ սահմանված կարգով ապահովել գործուղվողների՝ Նիդերլանդների Թագավորություն գործուղման հետ կապված ծախսերի (գիշերավարձը՝ համաձայն փաստացի կատարված ծախսերը հիմնավորող փաստաթղթերի) հատուցումը:
  3. Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցչին՝ ապահովել գործուղումից վերադառնալուց հետո երեք աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված հաշվետվությունները Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմ և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարություն ներկայացնելը:
