«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա Ֆոն դեր Լայենը, ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենն ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ապրիլի 5-ին հանդիպելու են Բրյուսելում և, ըստ պաշտոնական ձևակերպման, քննարկելու են «Հայաստանի զարգացմանը նպաստող եռակողմ համագործակցության ուղիները»: Իշխանական քարոզիչներն ու իշխանության արևմտամոլ սատելիտները այնպիսի քարոզչական ֆոն են ստեղծել, կարծես այդ հանդիպումը պետք է լինի, ինչպես իրենք են նշում, «Հայաստանի փրկության» հանգրվանը: Այլ հարց է, որ կոնկրետ արևմտյան դրամաշնորհներով գործունեություն ծավալողների համար «փրկություն» հասկացությունը վերաբերում է բացառապես Ռուսաստանից վերջնական «պոկվելուն»:

Իրականում կա՞ որևէ սպասելիք այդ հանդիպումից: Քաղաքագետ, ՌԴ ՈՒՊՆՏՀ միջազգային հարաբերությունների ֆակուլտետի փորձագետ Աղվան Պողոսյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նախ հիշեցնում է, որ նման եռակողմ հանդիպում ունեցել ենք, որից հետո Արցախը ճանաչվեց Ադրբեջանի կազմում: «Այս հանդիպումն էական ոչինչ չի տալու: Արևմտյան, մասնավորաբար եվրոպական երկրների գլխավոր նպատակն ուղղված է ոչ թե Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի շահերին, այլ ընդդեմ Ռուսաստանի: Այս հանդիպման մեջ շատ կարևոր մեսիջ կա: Տավուշի մարզի չորս գյուղի «վերադարձի» մասին հայտարարել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ ասելով, որ եթե դրանք չվերադարձնենք, պատերազմ կսկսվի:

Այնտեղ ունենք ռուսական խաղաղապահ միավորում, բնականաբար, սա ենթադրում է, որ էսկալացիայի դեպքում, որի մասին խոսում են մի շարք ռազմական փորձագետներ, զոհերի և տարածքային կորուստների մեղավորությունը փորձելու են բարդել Ռուսաստանի վրա: Սա Ռուսաստանի քաղաքականության դեմ ևս մեկ քայլ է, որը տեղի կունենա եռակողմ հանդիպման շրջանակներում: Ռուսաստանում ևս շատ լավ հասկանում են, որ Հայաստանի՝ եվրոպական մայրցամաքներում կամ սեղանների շուրջ յուրաքանչյուր հանդիպում ուղղված է իրենց շահերին, ես կասեի՝ հայ-ռուսական շահերին»,-ասում է Աղվան Պողոսյանը:
