Մեկ օրում արդեն երկրորդ անգամ Ադրբեջանը ապատեղեկատվություն է տարածել, թե Հայաստանի զինված ուժերը սահմանագոտու տարբեր ուղղություններում անձնակազմի, զրահատեխնիկայի, հրետանային և կրակային այլ միջոցների կուտակումներ, ակտիվ տեղաշարժեր են իրականացնում։ Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը երկու դեպքում էլ հերքել է տարածված տեղեկութոյւնները, անգամ հերքումներ են տարածել Հայաստանում ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությունը և ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլարը և, որքան էլ զարմանալի է, Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպան Օլիվիե Դը Կոտինյին։

Երեկ էլ նրանց է միացել ԱՄՆ Պետդեպի խոսնակ Մեթյու Միլլերը՝ նշելով, թե հնչող հռետորաբանութունը կարող է հանգեցնել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանին լարվածության սրման և ռազմական գործողությունների։

Մինչ Եվրամիությունը հստակ արձանագրում է ադրբեջանական գերատեսչությունների ապատեղեկատվությունը, Միլլերը կարծես հավասարության նշան է դնում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև՝ երկու կողմերին էլ կոչ անում վերջ տալ ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանությանը։ Առնվազն տարօրինակ է նման հայտարարութունը, հայկական կողմը ոչ միայն ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանություն չի բանեցնում, այլ ամեն գնով, անգամ սեփական արժանապատվության հաշվին, փորձում է խաղաղասեր ներկայանալ։

Ապրիլի 5-ին կայանալիք հանդիպումից առաջ ԱՄՆ նման դիրքորոշումը առնվազն տարօրինակ է և հակասում է իրենց ավելի վաղ արած հայտարարություններին։

Բրյուսելում կայանալիք հանդիպմանը ի սկզբանե հայտարարվել էր , թե քննարկելու են Հայաստանի դիմակայունությունը, այժմ արդեն Արևմուտքը խոսում է բացառապես տնտեսական օգնության մասին և ռազմական դիմակայության վերաբերյալ հայտարարությունները բացակայում են թե՛ ԱՄՆ, թե՛ ԵՄ ներկայացուցիչների շուրթերից։ Ի վերջո չի բացառվում, որ ապրիլի 5-ին հերթապահ ինչ-որ հայտարարություն ստորագրվի։

Դա, ի դեպ, բավականին լուրջ կազդի նաև նույն Արևմուտքի հեղինակության վրա։

Նախապես հռչակված նպատակները որոշակի սպասումներ են առաջացրել հայ հասարակության մի հատվածի մոտ և հերթական հիասթափությունն է սպասվում։
