«Այն, որ դա խնդիրներ է առաջացնում, ասել է նաև ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ոսկեպարցիների հետ հանդիպմանը, այո, խնդիրներ առաջացնում, բայց պետք է դա անենք»:
Այս մասին այսօր, Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշել է ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, տավուշցի Վահե Ղալումյանը՝ մեկնաբանելով ոսկեպարցիների՝ ՀՀ վարչապետին ուղղված նամակը, որում տեղի բնակիչները ահազանգել էին մի շարք վտանգների մասին, որոնք սպառնալու են Տավուշի խնդրահարույց բնակավայրերը Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու պարագայում:
Ղալումյանը նշել է, որ լրագրողները սխալ են մեկնաբանում, քանի որ խնդրո առարկա 4 գյուղերը, ըստ նրա, Տավուշի մարզի բնակավայրեր չեն:
«Տավուշի մարզն ունի 4 խոշորացված համայնք, ոչ մի խոշորացված համայնքի բնակավայրերի մասին չենք խոսում, ըստ ՀՀ վարչատարածքային բաժանման, այդ գյուղերը Տավուշի մարզից չեն, բնակավայրերի շարքում չկան, հետևաբար Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը չեն»,-ասել է Ղալումյանը:
Լրագրողների՝ առկա վտանգների մասին ճշտող հարցին ի պատասխան, Վահե Ղալումյանը նշեց, որ խնդիրներ, իհարկե կան, բայց Լոռին, օրինակ, չի կարող դառնալ սահմանային, ինչպես նշվում է ահազանգում: Ըստ նրա, առկա խնդիրները սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման հանձնաժողովի տիրույթում են:
Խոսելով այսօր գիշեր ադրբեջանական ԶՈՒ-երի կողմից Կութի և Սոթքի ուղղությամբ կրակոցների մասին, Ղալումյանը նշեց, որ մանրամասների չի տիրապետում, քանի որ վաղ առավոտից նիստի է մասնակցել, սակայն գիտի, որ տուժածներ չկան:
Լրագրողները պատգամավորին նաև հարց ուղղեցին, թե տարածքները զիջելու պարագայում, չկա՞ վտանգ առ այն, որ Ադրբեջանի ախորժակը կարող է մեծանալ, Ղալումյանը պատասխանեց.
«Տարածքները չեն զիջում ինչ-որ մեկի ախորժակը զսպելու համար: Տարածքների խնդիրը Հայաստանի սահմանի գծումն է, պետք է ունենանք մեր սահմանը, սա սահմանային գծման գործընթացի մասն է, սահմանագծումը որոշվել է սկսել Տավուշից»:
Պատգամավորը նաև հայտնեց, որ Ոսկեպարը չի հայտնվի շրջափակման մեջ, չի կարող այդպես տեղի ունենալ, ըստ նրա, ճանապարհ պետք է փոխվի մի քանի հատվածում, որը լուծելի խնդիր է: Ղալումյանի փոխանցմամբ՝ որքանով ինքը տեղյակ է, նոր ճանապարհ առայժմ չի կառուցվում, սակայն նման քննարկում կա:
