Ապրիլի 5-ի երեկոյան ժամը 18․00-ին «Արմենիա Մարիոթ» հյուրանոցում հրավիրվել է «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության հիմնադիր համագումարը, որի նախաձեռնող խմբի ղեկավարը Հովհաննես Շահինյանն է։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը կուսակցության հիմնադիր համագումարին ներկայացնելու է իր մոտեցումները, կուսակցության նպատակները և հետագա գործունեությունը՝ գործող իշխանությունների դեմ պայքարի վերաբերյալ։ Ինչպես ավելի վաղ նշել էր Կարապետյանը, կուսակցության ստեղծումով «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժումը չի դադարում գոյություն ունենալուց, ընդհակառակը, ըստ գներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի՝ այն պահպանելու է թե՛ շարժման, թե՛ կառույցների ուժը, հզորությունը։

Ըստ տեղեկությունների, համագումարին հարյուրավոր մարդիկ են մասնակցելու, այդ թվում՝ «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժմանն անդամակցող կուսակցությունների, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ։ Բազմաթիվ քաղաքական ուժեր արդեն համախմբվել են «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման շուրջը, իսկ կուսակցության ստեղծումից հետո բոլոր այդ միավորները պահպանելու են իրենց կառուցվածքը և շարունակելու են համագործակցությունը։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցությունը չի գալիս փոխարինելու շարժմանը, այլ ընդամենը փոխլրացնելու և ավելի հզորացնելու շարժումը։ Արշակ Կարապետյանի խոսքով՝ կուսակցություն ստեղծելու գաղափարին հանգել է բազմաթիվ փորձագետների հետ քննարկումների արդյունքում՝ գիտակցելով, որ միայն ինստիտուցիոնալ եղանակով կա տարբերակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին պաշտոնանկ անելու և Հայաստանը զարգացման նոր ռելսերի վրա դնելու համար։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը ուղերձով դիմել է պահեստազորի սպաներին, գիտական ոլորտի աշխատակիցներին, բժիշկներին, ամբողջ կրթական համակարգի ներկայացուցիչներին, մշակույթի և արվեստի գործիչներին, որ միասին քննարկեն, թե ինչպես են տեսնում Հայաստանի ապագան։ Արշակ Կարապետյանի խոսքով, բազմիցս կանգնած ենք եղել ոչնչացման առջև, միշտ գլուխներս բարձր ենք այդտեղից դուրս եկել։ «Մենք, նույնիսկ պարտվելով մարտի դաշտում, կրկին վերականգնվել ենք, հաղթել ենք նույն այդ մարտի դաշտում, մենք պետք է հասկանանք՝ ովքեր են մեր ընկերները, իսկ ովքեր են մեր ոչ այդքան լավը ցանկացողները, մենք պետք է մտածենք մեր ապագայի մասին, մեր երեխաների մասին, մենք պետք է գլուխներս բարձր պահենք մեր ապագա սերունդների մոտ»,- ասել է Արշակ Կարապետյանը և հավելել, որ մեզ` սերունդները չպետք է մեղադրեն վախկոտության, անգրագիտության և թուլության մեջ։ «Մենք չպետք է թույլ տանք, որ որևէ մեկը ապտակ հասցնի հայ ժողովրդին, պետք է պատրաստակամ լինենք և պաշտպանենք մեր հողը, զարգացնենք մեր երկիրը և պահպանենք մեր պետությունը։ Այս ամենն է մեր սերնդի պարտականությունը հայ ժողովրդի ապագայի առջև»,- ուղերձում նշել է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ Արշակ Կարապետյանը։
