«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի առաջին ատյանի դատարանում երեկ շարունակվել է ՀՀԿ խմբակցության գործարար պատգամավոր Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի ընտանիքին պատկանող «Ա եւ Գ» եւ «Ալեքս Գրիգ» ընկերությունների դեմ դատական հայցի լսումը: Գործով դատավորը Լիլիթ Կատվալյանն է: Կիպրոսի մայրաքաղաքում Զինոնս Կիտիեոս 8, Կատո Լակատամիա հասցեում գրանցված «Վլակտոր Թրեյդինգ Լիմիթեդ» ընկերությունը, որը «Զելյոնայա մարկա» օղու ապրանքանիշի սեփականատերն է, հայց է ներկայացրել պատգամավորի ընտանիքին պատկանող ընկերությունների դեմ՝ բողոքելով օղու նմանակման, ավելի ճիշտ՝ կեղծման դեմ:
Փետրվարի 16-ին նույն դատարանում կայանալու է ՌԴ Մոսկվայի մարզում գրանցված «Պառլամենտ Դիստրիբյուշն» ընկերության հայցի լսումն ընդդեմ նույն ընկերությունների՝ ապրանքային նշանն օգտագործելու արգելքի պահանջով:
Ուշագրավն այն է, որ պատգամավորի ընտանիքին պատկանող ընկերությունների դեմ օղու կեղծման ու նմանակման մեղադրանքով դատական նիստերը սկսվել են դեռ 6 տարի առաջ՝ 2010 թվականից ու կարելի է ասել, որ ոչ մի արդյունք չեն ունեցել. բացի որոշակի տուգանքներից: Պատգամավորին պատկանող ընկերությունները շարունակել են նույն գործելաոճը:
Տարիներ առաջ «Ալեքս Գրիգ»-ը հայտնվել էր Ուկրաինայի կառավարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում՝ օղու ապրանքանիշները կեղծելու առթիվ («Նեմիրոֆ» եւ այլն), որը հարուցել էր դեսպանի եւ Ուկրաինայի կառավարության ներկայացուցիչների բացահայտ դժգոհությունը: ՀՀ տնտեսական մրցակցության պետական հանձնաժողովը «Ալեքս Գրիգ» ընկերության վարքագիծը որակել էր որպես անբարեխիղճ մրցակցություն եւ տուգանել 1․5 մլն դրամով: «Ալեքս Գրիգ»-ին հանձնարարվել էր 10-օրյա ժամկետում դադարեցնել օղու արտադրությունը, որը, սակայն, չէր արվել»:
