Ֆրանսիան կոտրում է տաբուն՝ սարքավորումներ մատակարարելով ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկիր Հայաստանին․ դեսպան

Ֆրանսիան պատասխանատվություն է ստանձնում Հայաստանի նկատմամբ։ Վերջին ամիսներին պաշտպանության ոլորտում Հայաստանի հետ համագործակցություն ենք սկսել, որը զարգանում է։ Այս մասին Հանրայինի եթերում հայտարարել է ՀՀ-ում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպան Օլիվիե Դըկոտինյին։
«ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարն այցելեց Փարիզ, Ֆրանսիայի ԶՈւ նախարարն, իր հերթին, այց կատարեց Հայաստան, որի ժամանակ ականատես եղանք որոշակի կոնկրետ ադյունքների՝ սարքավորումների և վերապատրաստումների տեսքով, որոնք արդեն ընթացքի մեջ են՝ ի նպաստ հայկական բանակի»,- ասել է դեսպանը։
Խոսելով այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանն ու Ռուսաստանը քննադատում են այդ հանդիպումը, Դըկոտինյին նշել է, որ չի կարող հասկանալ, թե ինչու մի երկրին օգնելը, որը կանգնած է տարածքային սպառնալիքների առջև, կարող է վնաս տալ և մտահոգել մյուս երկրներին։
«Ինչպե՞ս կարող է Հայաստանին օգնելը Ռուսաստանին դեմ լինել, ես չեմ հասկանում այդ տրամաբանությունը։ Հայաստանը երբ օգնության կարիք է ունեցել, Ռուսաստանը տեղում չի եղել, իսկ Արևմուտքն այսօր օգնության է հասնում»,- ասել է նա։
Դեսպանի խոսքով՝ Ֆրանսիան ՆԱՏՕ-ի առաջին երկիրն է, որը կոտրում է տաբուն՝ սարքավորումներ մատակարարելով ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկիր Հայաստանին։
«Ֆրանսիան իր կարողությունների սահմանում կարող է հնարավորություն տալ Հայաստանին, որպեսզի երկիրը կարողանա պաշտպանել իր ժողովրդին, ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը՝ չսպասելով, որ լինի ռազմական նոր դրվագ, որպեսզի նոր միայն օգնի Հայաստանին»,- նշել է Դըկոտինյին։
Պատասխանելով ֆրանսիական զենքի որակի մասին հարցին՝ դեսպանը նշել է, որ եթե այդ զենքերը չունենային ռազմական նշանակություն, Ադրբեջանն ամեն անգամ դրանց մասին խոսելիս դժգոհություն չէր հայտնի։
