1 միլիարդ 51 միլիոն դրամ ռոյալթի կհատկացվի 6 համայնքների 33 բնակավայրերի

7 հանքարդյունաբերական ընկերությունների 2021թ․ վճարած ռոյալթիների 2 տոկոսը՝ 1 միլիարդ 51 միլիոն դրամ, կհատկացվի Սյունիքի, Լոռու, Կոտայքի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերի 6 համայնքների 33 բնակավայրերի։ Ընկերությունների կողմից ՀՀ պետական բյուջե է մուտքագրվել ընդհանուր 52․560․677․2 հազար դրամ ռոյալթի։ Համապատասխան որոշումը ՀՀ կառավարությունն ընդունեց սույն թվականի մարտի 28-ին։
«Նախ հաշվարկվում է ամբողջ գումարը, որն այս տարվա համար կազմում է 1 միլիարդ 51 միլիոն դրամ, որի 50 տոկոսը բաշխվում է բոլոր ազդակիր բնակավայրերին, իսկ մյուս 50 տոկոսը՝ բոլոր այդ 6 համայնքներին: Այս որոշմամբ փորձում ենք այդ բաշխումն իրականացնել, որի արդյունքում Մեղրի համայնքը կստանա 93 միլիոն դրամ, Քաջարան համայնքը՝ 190 միլիոն դրամ, Կապանը՝ 251 միլիոն դրամ, Վարդենիսը՝ 185 միլիոն, Ալավերդին՝ 246 միլիոն, Ծաղկաձորը՝ 85 միլիոն դրամ», - կառավարության նիստում ասել է ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը։ Ըստ նախարարի՝ առավելությունը տրվելու է ազդակիր համայնքներին:
«Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ի վճարված ռոյալթիից կօգտվեն Քաջարան համայնքի Քաջարան, Քաջարանց, Լեռնաձոր, Ներքին Գիրաթաղ, Կավճուտ, Անդոկավան, Կաթնառատ, Նոր Աստղաբերդ, Գեղի բնակավայրերը և Կապան համայնքի Կապան, Արծվանիկ, Սյունիք, Աճանան, Սևաքար ու Չափնի բնակավայրերը:
«Ագարակի ՊՄԿ» ՓԲԸ-ի վճարված ռոյալթիից կօգտվեն Մեղրի համայնքի Ագարակ, Մեղրի, Կարճևան, Կուրիս և Գուդեմնիս բնակավայրերը:
«Կապանի լեռնահարստացման կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ի վճարված ռոյալթիից կօգտվեն Կապան համայնքի Գեղանուշ, Կապան, Սյունիք և Աճանան բնակավայրերը:
«Թեղուտ» ՓԲԸ-ի վճարած ռոյալթիից կօգտվեն Ալավերդի խոշորացված համայնքի Շնող ու Թեղուտ բնակավայրերը, իսկ համայնքի Շամլուղ ու Ճոճկան բնակավայրերը՝ «Ախթալայի լեռնահարստացման կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ի վճարած ռոյալթիից։
«Գեոպրոմայնինգ գոլդ» ՍՊԸ-ի վճարած ռոյալթիներից հատկացում կարվի Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վարդենիս համայնքի Սոթք, Կուտավան, Կախակն և Տրետուք բնակավայրերին։
«Մեղրաձոր Գոլդ» ՍՊԸ-ի վճարած ռոյալթիներից կօգտվեն Կոտայքի մարզի Ծաղկաձոր համայնքի Մեղրաձոր, Արտավազ, Մարմարիկ և Աղվանաձոր բնակավայրերը։
Ռոյալթիներից հատկացվող գումարներով ազդակիր համայնքները կարող են իրականացնել սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման ծրագրեր 9 ուղղությամբ․ գյուղատնտեսություն, կրթություն և գիտություն, առողջապահություն, սոցիալական ապահովություն, մշակույթ, սպորտ և երիտասարդության զբաղվածություն, քաղաքաշինություն, ջրամատակարարում և ջրահեռացում, տրանսպորտ և ճանապարհաշինություն, զբոսաշրջություն:
Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանի համաձայն՝ հատկացված գումարներով Մեղրիում նախատեսվում է մարզադաշտի վերանորոգում, Կապանում՝ Արծվանիկ բնակավայրի խմելու ջրամատակարարման ապահովման ծրագիր, Սոթքում՝ ոռոգման ներքին ցանց, Տրետուքում՝ ճանապարհի ասֆալտապատում և ամենագնացի ձեռքբերում, Կուտականում՝ ոռոգման արտաքին ցանց, Կախակնում՝ ճանապարհի ասֆալտապատում, Ալավերդիում՝ Շնող, Թեղուտ, Ճոճկան բնակավայրերի ճանապարհային ցանցի բարելավում, Ծաղկաձորում՝ Մեղրաձոր բնակավայրի Սամվել Մուրադյանի անվան մարզամշակութային կենտրոնի կապիտալ վերանորոգման, գույքի ձեռքբերման, բակի տարածքի բարեկարգման և կանաչապատման աշխատանքներ։
