ՆԱՏՕ-ի նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղարի կոչը՝ Բրյուսելին

Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքի (ՆԱՏՕ) նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար Անդերս Ֆոգ Ռասմուսենը կոչ է արել Բրյուսելին հրաժարվել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հավասար հեռավորության քաղաքականությունից և սեփական դերակատարությունն ունենալ վերջիններիս միջև երկարաժամկետ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի շուրջ բանակցությունների միջնորդության հարցում՝ դադարելով լինել չեզոք խաղացող։
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին ՆԱՏՕ-ի նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղարն ասել է «Le Monde»-ում հրապարակված հոդվածում։
Նրա կարծիքով՝ մինչ ամբողջ ուշադրությունը սևեռված է Ուկրաինայի դեմ Ռուսաստանի անօրինական պատերազմին, Եվրոպայում տեղի է ունենում ևս մեկ խոշոր աշխարհաքաղաքական տեղաշարժ՝ այս անգամ Հարավային Կովկասում: Չնայած Ռուսաստանից պատմական, տնտեսական, էներգետիկ և ռազմական կախվածությանը, ինչպես նաև իր տարածքում հազարավոր ռուս զինծառայողների ֆիզիկական ներկայությանը՝ ՀՀ կառավարությունը համարձակ և համաձայնեցված ջանքեր է գործադրել Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության ամրապնդման և Ժողովրդավարական Արևմուտքի հետ ավելի սերտ հարաբերությունների հաստատման ուղղությամբ:
«Այս վերակողմնորոշումը ժամանակ է պահանջում, սակայն Եվրոպական միությունից պահանջում է նաև ավելի հավակնոտ ռազմավարություն ընդունել Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության վերաբերյալ: Նախ անհրաժեշտ է վերջ տալ այն թյուր պատկերացումներին, թե ԵՄ-ն պետք է չեզոք խաղացող լինի Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ։ Եվրոպան պետք է իր դերը խաղա երկարաժամկետ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի շուրջ բանակցությունների միջնորդության հարցում։ Սակայն նրա մոտեցումը պետք է արտացոլի այն իրողությունը, որ Հայաստանն ընտրել է եվրոպական ժողովրդավարությունների համայնքը, մինչդեռ Ադրբեջանը գտնվում է ագրեսիվ ավտոկրատիաների ճամբարում: Եվրոպական հստակության և հավակնությունների բացակայությունը կարող է վտանգել Հայաստանի երիտասարդ ժողովրդավարությունը և նրա աշխարհաքաղաքական առանցքը»,- նշել է Ռասմուսենը։
Անդրադառնալով ապրիլի 5-ին Բրյուսելում տեղի ունենալիք եռակողմ հանդիպմանը՝ Անդերս Ֆոգ Ռասմուսենը հավելել է․ «ԵՄ-ի այս նոր մոտեցումը պետք է սկսվի ապրիլի 5-ին Բրյուսելում կայանալիք եռակողմ գագաթնաժողովում, որտեղ Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա Ֆոն դեր Լայենը կընդունի ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենին: Հայաստանն արդեն սառեցրել է հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի գլխավորած Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության հետ, զորավարժություններ է կազմակերպել Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ և ձգտել ընդլայնել իր տնտեսական կապերը ժողովրդավարական երկրների հետ, սակայն 2023 թվականին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վրա Ադրբեջանի հարձակումից, ինչպես նաև ադրբեջանական ուժերի կողմից Հայաստանում ռազմավարական բարձունքների շարունակական օկուպացիայից հետո Հայաստանում անվտանգության իրավիճակը մնում է անկայուն»։
