Թշնամու շարժ կա, նրանց մեքենաները դիրքերի վրա շատ ակտիվ են․ ինչ վիճակ է Կութ գյուղում
Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Կութ գյուղի դիրքային հատվածները վերջերս ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից հրաձգության էին ենթարկվել։ Սակայն, գյուղի վարչական ղեկավար Գեորգի Ավագյանն ասում է՝ նման կրակոցներն ու հրաձգությունները գյուղական հատվածի համար վտանգավոր չեն։
«Դիրքերը բավականին մոտ են, կրակոցները գյուղում լսվում են, բայց անվտանգ է, որովհետև գյուղի վրա կրակոց չի եղել, միջդիրքային կրակոցներ են լինում։ Նման բան Ադրբեջանի կողմից մենք շուտ-շուտ ենք տեսնում», –Forrights.am-ին ասում է Ավագյանը։
Կութը Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վարդենիսի տարածաշրջանի գյուղերից է, մարզկենտրոն Գավառից 87 կմ հեռու է գտնվում, ծովի մակերևույթից 2100 և ավելի բարձրության վրա է տեղակայված գյուղը: Մարդիկ այստեղ հիմնականում զբաղվում են անասնապահությամբ, հողագործությամբ՝ ցանելով կարտոֆիլ, ցորեն, գարի։
Կութ գյուղը Ադրբեջանի Զինված ուժերի տեղակայված դիրքերից շուրջ 6 կմ հեռավորության վրա է․ 2021-ի մայիսյան ներխուժումից հետո գյուղի դպրոցը, արոտավայրերն ու այլ ենթակառուցվածքներ հայտնվեցին ադրբեջանցիների անմիջապես նշանակետում։ Այդ ներխուժումից հետո թշնամու կողմից հնչող կրակոցները պարբերական բնույթ ունեցան․ 2021-ի հուլիսի կեսերին ինտենսիվ կրակոցների հետքերով այն ժամանակ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը մեկնել էր Կութ և եզրակացրել՝ «․․․Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գյուղերի հարևանությամբ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների այս պարբերական դարձած կրակոցներն իրական վտանգ են ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակչության կյանքի ու առողջությամբ համար:
Այդ արարքներն ուղղված են նաև ՀՀ բնակիչներին սեփականության և այլ կենսական իրավունքներից, անասնապահությամբ զբաղվելու և ընտանիքի եկամուտը վաստակելու հնարավորությունից զրկելուն: Նրանք նույնատիպ հանցավոր արարքներ (կրակոցներ, կենդանիների գողություններ, խոտքաղ իրականացնելու խոչընդոտներ և այլն) պարբերաբար կատարում են թե՛ Գեղարքունիքի, թե՛ Սյունիքի համայնքների հարևանությամբ կամ բնակիչների նկատմամբ»։
Այժմ գյուղի ուղղությամբ կրակոցներ չկան, բայց ինչպես բնակիչներից մեկն է ասում, «թշնամու շարժ կա, նրանց մեքենաները դիրքերի վրա գնացող-եկող, շատ ակտիվ են»։
Վարչական շրջանի 36-ամյա ղեկավարն ասում է՝ վախենալու ոչինչ չկա, «դպրոցը բաց ա, երեխեքը ակտիվ խաղում են»։ Ինքը բացի գյուղը ղեկավարելուց, հողագործությամբ է զբաղվում, ունի երկու երեխա ու չեն պատրաստվում հեռանալ գյուղից։
