Եռամսյա ժամկետում տուգանքի 50 տոկոսը և մնացորդ գումարի կատարողական ծախսը վճարելու դեպքում ի՞նչ կլինի

Հարգելի՛ քաղաքացիներ, տեղեկացնում ենք, որ «Վարչական իրավախախտումների մասին» ՀՀ օրենսգրքում՝ լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» օրենքով՝ մինչև 2024 թվականի ապրիլի 5-ը Հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայություն կատարման ներկայացված, դեռևս չկատարված և վերոնշյալ օրենքում նշված վարչական իրավախախտումների համար նախատեսված տուգանքի 50 տոկոսը և դրան համապատասխան կատարողական ծախսը վճարելու դեպքում պարտավորությունը կհամարվի ամբողջությամբ կատարված։
Վճարումները քաղաքացիները կարող են կատարել ՀԿԱԾ cesa.am պաշտոնական կայքի «Անձնական գրասենյակ», «Հետախուզումներ» հարթակների, վճարահաշվարկային տերմինալների, բանկերի միջոցով, իսկ լրացուցիչ հարցեր առաջանալու կամ տեղում վճարում կատարելու համար կարող են այցելել Ծառայության քաղաքացիների սպասարկման գրասենյակ։
Հարկադիր կատարման փուլում վճարման համակարգերում արդեն արտացոլված է լինելու յուրաքանչյուր կատարողական վարույթով տուգանքի 50 տոկոսի և մնացորդ գումարի համար հաշվարկված կատարողական ծախսի գումարը, բացառությամբ այն վարչական իրավախախտումների, որոնց վրա վերոնշյալ օրենքի կարգավորումները չեն տարածվում։
Տուգանքի 50 տոկոսը տոկոսը վճարելու դեպքում կատարողական ծախսը կհաշվարկվի մնացորդ գումարի համար «Դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 67-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով սահմանված կարգով՝ մինչև 10000 դրամը՝ մնացորդ գումարի 50 տոկոսի չափով , 10000-100000 դրամի դեպքում՝ 5000 դրամ, իսկ 100000 դրամից բարձրը՝ մնացորդ գումարի 5 տոկոսը։
