Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը հոսանքի թանկացման հարցով իր հետ հանդիպած «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբկացության պատգամավորներին վստահեցրել է, որ ՀԹՑ-ի` հոսանքի վերանայման հայտում ներկայացված կասկածելի ծախսերը միանշանակ չեն ներառվելու հոսանքի վերջնական սակագնում, և դրանք արդեն իսկ հանված են:
Այս մասին Tert.am-ին հայտնեց «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը` նշելով, որ այդ ծախսերի մեջ քիչ է մնում՝ ներառվի «իրենց կանանց օգատործած շամունների արժեքը»:
«Բարձրացրեցինք բոլոր այն մտահոգությունները, որ այսօր քննարկվում են ՀՀ յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքում: Ինչու՞ պիտի ՀՀ քաղաքացին վճարի ՀԷՑ-ի վատ կառավարման, գերշահույթների, ընկերության ղեկավար մարմնի`արաբական շեյխերի ապրելակերպի համար, քիչ է մնում՝ սակագնի մեջ ներառաեն իրենց կանանց օգտգործած շամունների արժեքը: Մենք, իհարկե, հասկանում ենք, որ սրանք հարցեր են, որոնց հասցեատերը ՀԾԿՀն-ն չէ»,-ասաց Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը` նշելով, որ, այսուհանդերձ, շատ հարցեր մնում են բաց:
«Ինչու՞ գերշահույթներ ունեցող կազմակերպության ղեկավար էլիտան շարունակի թալանել ՀՀ շարքային քաղաքացուն, ինչու՞ պիտի քաղաքացին փակի էդ մենեջմենթի արդյունքում հասցված հսկայական կորուստները»,-հարցրեց Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը և ավելացրեց. «Բայց, լինենք իրատես, այն, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը թանկանալու է, այլևս անխուսափելի է»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության անդամ Միքայել Մելքումյանը ՀԾԱՀ-ին էր ներկայացրել էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման դեպքում մի շարք մասնագիտական առաջարկներ, որոնցով հնարավոր կլիներ մեղմել դրա ազդեցությունը սպառողների վրա և առողջացնել ողջ էներգետիկ համակարգը:
«Մենք հանձնաժողովի նախագահից փորձեցինք ստանալ պատասխան` արդյո՞ք մեր առաջարկները իրենց համար ընդունելի են, Ռոբերտ Նազարյանը պարզ նշեց, որ մոտ 50 տոկոսը իրենց համար ընդունելի է, և դրանք ընդունել են, իսկ որոշ առաջարկների հետ համաձայն չեն»,-տեղեկացրեց Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:
Սակայն հիմնական հարցի պատասխանը, թե որքան կթանկանա էլեկտրաէներգիան, ԲՀԿ-ում դեռ չեն ստացել, կունենան մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում, երբ ՀԾԿՀ-ն ու Կառավարարությունը պատրաստ կլինեն պատասխանել բոլոր հարցերին:
