Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանին սրացումը, ստացվում է, ավելի շատ կախված է Ռուսաստանից, քան հենց Ադրբեջանից։ Այս մասին Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը՝ մեկնաբանելով ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովայի՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին հնարավոր սրացման պատճառների մասին վերջին հայտարարությունը։ Թեմայի վերաբերյալ 1or.am-ը հարցեր է ուղղել քաղտեխնոլոգ Արմեն Բադալյանին։

-  Պարո՛ն Բադալյան, ինչպե՞ս կարող ենք հասկանալ ԱԽ քարտուղարի այս մեկնաբանությունը և այն ի՞նչ ազդեցություն կունենա հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների վրա։

- Այս քաղաքական թիմին բերել են իշխանության երեք խնդիր լուծելու համար. նախ` Արցախի հայաթափում և հանձնում, երկրորդ՝ Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի տրամադրում, որն այս պահին իրականություն չէ միայն Իրանի միջամտությամբ և երրորդ՝ արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխություն, հայ-ռուսական ռազմական հարաբերությունների զրոյացում։ ՀԱՊԿ-ի և ԱՊՀ-ի  հետ հարաբերությունները սառեցված են, հիմա էլ քաղաքական մասն են ապահովում այս արտահայտություններով։ ԱԽ քարտուղարի միտքն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանը չի ուզում ռազմական գործողություն սկսի։ Ըստ ԱԽ քարտուղարի՝ ՀՀ-ն էլ վարում է անկախ արտաքին քաղաքականություն, այդ է պատճառը, որ Ռուսաստանը դրդում է Ադրբեջանին՝ ռազմական գործողություններ սկսել, որպեսզի Հայաստանը ստիպված լինի դիմել Ռուսաստանին, վերջինս էլ զորք մտցնի Հայաստան և այստեղ իրենց դիրքերն ամրապնդեն։ Գրիգորյանի խոսքը շատ պարզ, պրիմիտիվ մանիպուլացիոն տեխնոլոգիա է։

-  ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում հայտարարել էր,  որ հայ-ադրբեջանական հնարավոր սրացումը կախված է «միայն այն բանից, թե որքանով պաշտոնական Երևանը թույլ կտա ԵՄ-ին, ԱՄՆ-ին և Մեծ Բրիտանիային ապակառուցողականորեն ազդել տարածաշրջանի և երկրի իրավիճակի վրա»։ Սա արդյո՞ք չի նշանակում այն, ինչ ասում է ՀՀ ԱԽ քարտուղարը։

-  Հասկանալի է, ռուսական կողմն ասում է, թե սրացման պատճառն այն է, որ դուք գնացել եք Արևմուտքի կողմը, ԱԽ քարտուղարն էլ պատասխանում է, որ սրացման պատճառն այն է, որ ՌԴ-ն Ադրբեջանին դրդում է սրել՝ վերը նշված պատճառներով։ Սա տեղավորվում է այն քաղաքականության մեջ ինչի համար թիմին բերել են իշխանության։ Իհարկե, պետք է ընդունենք, որ ռուսական կողմն էլ իր բազում սխալներն ունի։ 

-  Ռուսաստանը, այս ամենը հաշվի առնելով, չի դադարում բարեկամական ձեռքը մեկնել, ինչո՞ւ։

-  Այս իշխանությունն, իսկապես, անվտանգային մի շարք հարցեր հաշվի չառնելով` թեքվել է դեպի Արևմուտք։ Բայց ՌԴ-ն էլ հիմա մի տեսակ «հիվանդագին» է նայում ՀՀ-Արևմուտք հարաբերություններին։ Օրինակ՝ այսօր Բրյուսելում նախատեսված հանդիպումն իր համար խիստ ցավագին է։ Ռուսական կողմը շատ լավ հասկանում է, որ եթե իր զորքերը ՀՀ-ից հեռանան, ապա ողջ Հարավային Կովկասը շատ երկար ժամանակով կորցնում է, սակայն դրա մասին պետք էր ավելի վաղ մտածել։
