Փաստաբան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը այցեցել է «Վարդաշեն» ՔԿՀ ու տեսակցել  քաղբանտարկյալ Նարեկ Մալյանին։

Երեկվա դատարանում տեղի ունեցածը փաստաբանը որակում է որպես խայտառակ միջադեպ, որի մասին խոսել է Մալյանի հետ։

«Նարեկ Մալյանն ասաց, եթե դատական նիստի հրապարակայնությունն ապահովելու է նույն պայմաններով, ինքը մասնակցելու է նիստին ու շարունակելու է վերջին խոսքը։ Ես հիշեցնեմ, որ Մալյանն իր վերջին խոսքը սկսելիս ասաց՝ կարևոր բաներ է ասելու։

Ես տեղյակ չէի՝ ինչի մասին է խոսելու։ Տեղեկացա, և իսկապես նաև  իմ անունից եմ հաստատում, որ կարևոր նշանակության հանգամանք է, որի մասին նա դեռ չի խոսել։ Այն ուղղակիորեն վերաբերում է այս խայտառակ քաղաքական հետապնդմանը` քրեական գործի տեսքով: Մալյանն իսկապես շատ կարևոր բաներ ունի ասելու»,-ասաց Մելիքյանը ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերում։

Մալյանը փոխանցել է՝ միջադեպի հետ կապված շատ բարկացած է. «Ասաց՝ իր կռիվը մինչև վերջ տանելու է»։

Հիշեցնենք, երեկ Նարեկ Մալյանի գործով դատական նիստին դատավորը հայտարարեց, որ նիստն անցկացնելու է դռնփակ, ինչի հետևանքով Նարեկ Մալյանն ընդմիջումից հետո հրաժարվել էր վերադառնալ ու մասնակցել դատական նիստին։ 

Փաստաբանն ընդգծեց, որ դատարանի շենքում իրենց իրենց վստահորդի հետ հաղորդակցվելու հնարավորություն չեն ունեցել, հետևաբար տեղյակ չեն եղել Մալյանի դիրքորոշմանը։

Գործով դատական հաջորդ նիստը նշանակվել է ապրիլի 11-ին ժամը 17։00-ին։
