ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակն ի գիտություն է ընդունում Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի ապրիլի 5-ի հայտարարությունները՝ ուղղված Հայաստանի դիմակայունության բարձրացմանը տարբեր ներդրումային ծրագրերի միջոցով, ներառյալ 270 միլիոն Եվրո դրամաշնորհը, որն ուղղված է փոքր և միջին ընկերություններին աջակցելուն: Այս մասին ասված է  ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի Հայ դատի կենտրոնական գրասենյակի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ.

«Մենք կարևորում ենք ԵՄ-ի շեշտադրումը ենթակառուցվածքային նախագծերի վրա, մասնավորապես՝ Սև ծովի էլեկտրահաղորդման մալուխի նախագծի և վերականգնվող էներգիայի նախաձեռնությունների մասով, որոնք կնպաստեն Հայաստանի տնտեսական աճին և զարգացմանը։

Թեև ներդրումներն ու բարեփոխումները կարևոր են երկրի առաջընթացի համար, Հայաստանի առաջնահերթ մարտահրավերը անվտանգության սպառնալիքն է, որին բախվում է Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիվ, ծավալապաշտական նկրտումների պատճառով։

Մենք Եվրոպական միությանը կոչ ենք անում հստակ ազդանշաններ ուղարկել Ադրբեջանին, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ բոլոր տարածքային հավակնությունները, ներառյալ Տավուշի մարզի, այսպես կոչված «անկլավների» հարցը, ինչպես նաև Սյունիքի մարզով արտատարածքային տրանսպորտային կապուղիների պահանջը բացարձակապես անընդունելի են։ Ադրբեջանի պահանջները կապ չունեն սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման գործընթացի հետ։ Դա սպառնալիքի կամ ուժի կիրառմամբ հողազավթման քաղաքականություն է։ Ադրբեջանը պետք է իր ուժերը դուրս բերի նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքից, որը շարունակում է պահել օկուպացիայի տակ։

Այսպիսով, մենք Եվրոպական միությանը կոչ ենք անում նախանշել կոնկրետ, շոշափելի միջոցներ և ռազմավարական ծրագրեր՝ աջակցելու Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանությանը, անվտանգությանն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությանը` հաշվի առնելով Ադրբեջանից եկող ագրեսիան:
Բացի այդ, ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակը ողջունում է «Եվրոպացիները հանուն Արցախի» հարթակի նախաձեռնությանը, որով ԵՄ ղեկավարությանը կոչ է արվում ֆինանսական միջոցներ հատկացնել Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված հայությանը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում արժանապատիվ կեցություն ապահովելու համար, մինչև միջազգային պաշտպանության մեխանիզմների գործադրմամբ հնարավոր կլինի նրանց վերադարձի ապահովումը դեպի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ։

ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի Եվրոպայի գրասենյակի նախագահ Գասպար Կարապետյանը, վերջին հայտարարությունների վերաբերյալ նկատել է․

«Կա ԵՄ աջակցության խիստ անհրաժեշտություն՝ միջազգային պաշտպանության ներքո Արցախի հայերի հայրենիք վերադառնալու հավաքական իրավունքի իրացման համար։ Նրանց վերադարձի ապահովումը կենսական նշանակություն ունի Հայաստանի կայունության և ապագայի համար։ Ավելին, անհրաժեշտ է, որ ԵՄ-ն ճնշում գործադրի Ադրբեջանի վրա՝ ազատ արձակելու բոլոր հայ ռազմագերիներին և գերիներին։ Հայ դատի գրասենյակը պատրաստ է համագործակցել ԵՄ կառույցների և միջազգային գործընկերների հետ՝ նպաստելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կայուն և բարգավաճ ապագային»:
