Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում ասել է արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը՝ անդրադառնալով երեկ գիշեր Ադրբեջանի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումներին․

«Ակնհայտորեն ՀՀ-ն իրավիճակի սրմամբ շահագրգռված չէ։ Այս իրավիճակի լիցքաթափման համատեքստում կարևորում եմ ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության հայտարարությունը։ Այդ առաքելությունը դարձել է Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանագծի երկայնքով կայունության բավանանին իրական, շոշափելի, արդյունավետ գործոն։

Ուզում եմ անդրադառնալ վերջին կրակոցներին։ Այս անկանոն կրակոցները չեն նպաստում խաղաղության գործընթացին ու հասկանալի չեն մեզ համար։ Մի կողմից մենք նստում ենք լուրջ բանակցությունների սեղանի մոտ, խաղաղության գործընթաց ենք ձեռնարկում և ամբողջ աշխարհին ասում ենք, որ մենք խաղաղություն ենք ուզում, ադրբեջանական կողմն էլ գալիս է, միջնորդներին կամ հանդիպումը կազմակերպողներին, կամ մեզ՝ երկկողմ հանդիպումների ժամանակ հավաստիացնում, որ խաղաղություն է ուզում կառուցել, մյուս կողմից՝ ահա այսպիսի միջադեպեր սահմանին, տեղեկատվական արշավ, պատրվակների ստեղծում՝ էսկալացիայի համար։

Ես ուզում եմ մի անգամ էլ ասել՝ մենք փորձում ենք խաղաղություն կառուցել։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը հավատարիմ է խաղաղության օրակարգին։ Բայց սա անելու համար մենք պետք է պատրաստակամություն տեսնենք մյուս կողմից ևս»,- նշել է Միրզոյանը։
