Փաշինյանը պարտավորվել է վերադասավորումներ անել ուժային կառույցներում

Հայաստան, ԱՄՆ և Եվրամիություն համաձայնությունը, բացի փաստաթղթերից ու հայտարարություններից, նաև գաղտնի հավելված ունի, որտեղ ավելի շատ մշակված են Հայաստանի պարտավորությունները` Արևմուտքի պահանջները կատարելու առումով։
ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ Եվրամիությունը պահանջում է պաշտոններից հեռացնել բոլոր այն անձանց, որոնք սերտ կապեր են ունեցել և ունեն Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Խոստանալով առաջիկայում ավելի մեծ գումարներ՝ Եվրամիությունից նշել են, որ այդ գումարները և աջակցությունը կարող են տրամադրել միայն իրենց կողմից վստահելի մարդկանց։
Հատկապես ուժայինների պարագայում, Եվրամիությունը զգալի մտահոգություններ ունի մի շարք պաշտոնյաների մասով, և Փաշինյանի առջև դրվել է նրանցից ազատվելու հարցը։ Բանակում դա առաջին հերթին վերաբերում է ԳՇ պետ Էդվարդ Ասրյանին։ Եվրամիությունը նաև խնդիրներ է տեսնում ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արմեն Աբազյանի և հատկապես` ներքին գործերի նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանի պարագայում։
Եթե ԱԱԾ և ԳՇ պետերի դեպքում Փաշինյանն առանձնապես խնդիր չունի հեռացնելու, Վահե Ղազարյանի փոփոխությունը տեղի կունենա մեկ–երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում։
Մեր աղբյուրը, մասնավորապես, նշեց, որ Փաշինյանն այս օրերին բուռն հանդիպումներ է ունենում ՔՊ վարչության անդամների հետ, քննարկում տարբեր թեկնածուներ՝ ներքին գործերի նախարարի պաշտոնի համար։ Մասնավորապես` «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրում» չափազանց կոշտ դեմ են փոխնախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանի թեկնածությանը, թեև վերջինս որոշ կապեր ունի Եվրամիության կառույցների հետ։
ՔՊ վարչությունից հայտարարել են, թե այդ պաշտոնում պետք է քաղաքական դեմք նշանակվի և ցանկալի է հենց ՔՊ վարչության անդամ, որն էլ կկարողանա ավելի լավ վերահսկել կարևորագույն ուժային կառույցը։
Առայժմ այս հարցում կոնսենսուս կա, բայց թե ո՞ւմ կնշանակեն, Փաշինյանն ու ՔՊ վարչությունը դեռ չեն որոշել։
