Ապրիլի 3-ին ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում  ՀՀ Քր․ օր․-ի 252 hnդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով և 335 հոդված 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ ոմն Է-ի կողմից 17-ամյա Ա․ Ս․-ի նկատմամբ ավազակություն կատարելու դեպքով։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության Բազումի բաժնի ծառայողները համագործակցելով ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության,  ոստիկանության Տարոնի, Սպիտակի և Ստեփանավանի բաժինների ծառայողների հետ, համատեղ ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզել են, որ ոմն է-ն հանդիսանում  է Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 17-ամյա էդգար  Ա․-ն։

Վերջինս ապրիլի 4-ին Վանաձոր քաղաքի Զորավար Անդրանիկի փողոցի 60 հասցեի մոտ հայտնաբերվել, ձերբակալվել և տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Բազումի բաժին, որտեղ տարված բացատրական աշխատանքների արդյունքում հայտարարել է, որ նյութական կարիքները հոգալու նպատակով, նախապես որոշելով և իր կողմից պլանավորած ձևով, իր հետ վերցրել է իր կողմից զենքի խանութից գնված գազային ատրճանակը և այն թաքցնելով գոտկատեղին՝ ապրիլի 3-ին ժամը 16։00-ի սահմաններում գումար հափշտակելու նպատակով դարանակալել և սպասել է Վանաձոր քաղաքի Տիգրան Մեծ պողոտայի «ՎՏԲ» բանկի բանկոմատի մոտակայքում, այնուհետև նկատել է, որ մի երիտասարդ գումար է հանել բանկոմատից և քայլել դեպի «Արցախ» պուրակ: 

Էդգար Ա․-ն հետապնդել է վերջինիս, մոտեցել նրան, ասել, որ իր անունը էդո է և իմացել, որ նա հանդիսանում է Ա. Ս․-ն և զրույցի պատրվակով կանչել Զաքարյան փողոցի «Արմենիա» առողջարանի տարածք, որտեղ էլ ատրճանակի սպառնալիքով Ա. Ս․-ից պահանջել և հափշտակել է նրա մոտ եղած 120 հազար ՀՀ դրամ գումարը, որը հետագայում ծախսել է նյութական կարիքները հոգալու նպատակով, իսկ ատրճանակը դեն է նետել։

է . Ա․-ն ոստիկաններին հայտնել է նաև, որ կարող է մատնացույց անել ատրճանակի նետելու վայրը:

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝  Էդգար Ա․-ն սովորում է Վանաձորի դպրոցներից մեկի 11-րդ դասարանում։
