Թուրքիայի մեջլիսը մերժել է Դինքի սպանության գործով քննություն անցկացնելու պահանջը

Թուրքիայի իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցությունը մերժել է Թուրքիայի մեջլիսում պոլսահայ մտավորական Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության հետ կապված քննություն անցկացնելու պահանջը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուրքական Demokrathaber.net-ը:
Նման պահանջ մեջլիսին ներկայացրել էին Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանում 59 պատգամավորական աթոռներ զբաղեցնող քրդական Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության խորհրդարանական խմբակցության նախագահ Իդրիս Բալուքենը և Ստամբուլից ընտրված հայ պատգամավոր Գարո Փայլանը:
Դինքի մահվան 9-րդ տարելիցի օրը մեջլիսում իշխող կուսակցության անդամները, ովքեր մեծամասնություն են կազմում Թուրքիայի Ազգային մեծ ժողովում, դեմ են քվեարկել առաջարկին, որն էլ մերժվել է:
Ստամբուլի «Ակոս» թերթի հայազգի խմբագրապետ Հրանտ Դինքը սպանվել է 2007 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին` խմբագրությանառջեւ նրա վրա կատարված զինված հարձակման արդյունքում:
2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ` Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը ցմահբանտարկության դատապարտվեց, անմիջական հանցագործ Օգյուն Սամասթը` 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:
2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում էր կայացրել ՀրանտԴինքի սպանության գործով դատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից: Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստանյալներին պետք է առաջադրվեր «հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծման եւ կառավարման կամ դրանում մասնակցություն ունենալու» մեղադրանք: Բացի այդ,որոշումներ էին ընդունվել Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած 9 անձանց, այդ թվում` Ստամբուլինախկին ոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահի նկատմամբ դատական գործեր հարուցելու կապակցությամբ:
