 Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը հունվարի 20-ին շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Դատական համակարգի աշխատողի օրվա առթիվ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից, ուղերձում ասված է.

«Դատական համակարգի հարգելի աշխատակիցներ եւ վետերաններ,

Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունների  և անձամբ իմ անունից ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ մասնագիտական տոնի՝ Դատական համակարգի աշխատողի օրվա առթիվ:

Կայացած ու լիարժեք գործող դատական մարմինները քաղաքացիական հասարակության կարեւոր ձեռքբերումներից են, որոնք կոչված են ապահովելու երկրում իրավունքի գերակայությունը, օրենքի առջեւ բոլորի հավասարությունը, պաշտպանելու պետության եւ քաղաքացիների շահերը, մարդու իրավունքներն ու ազատությունները: Եվ հատկապես մեր պետության կյանքում, որն արդեն 25 տարի ընթանում է ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների կայացման ու զարգացման ճանապարհով, չափազանց մեծ է դատական համակարգի` որպես  իշխանության հիմնական ճյուղերից մեկի դերակատարությունը:

Ուզում եմ վստահ լինել, որ ձեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը մեծագույն պատասխանատվության ու  հայրենիքին նվիրվածության զգացումով է իրականացնում իր առաքելությունը եւ այսուհետ էլ կանի հնարավորն առաջադրված խնդիրները պատշաճ մակարդակով լուծելու համար: Ձեր ամենօրյա արհեստավարժ ու անաչառ աշխատանքի արդյունքում է նաեւ ձեւավորվում մեր ժողովրդի վստահությունը արդարության պաշտպանության, նրա հաղթանակի եւ, ընդհանուր առմամբ, իշխանությունների գործունեության հանդեպ:

Մենք կշարունակենք ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել ձեր աշխատանքային ու սոցիալական պայմանների բարելավման գործընթացը՝ ի նպաստ դատական համակարգի շարունակական կատարելագործման ու զարգացման:
