«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երեկ «ՌԻԴ» ընկերությունը հայտարարություն տարածեց, որ Երևանի մանկական երկաթուղու վերակառուցման ծրագրից հրաժարվելու որոշում են կայացրել։ Մասնավորաբար նշվում է, թե «չնայած այս նախաձեռնությանը մեր նվիրվածությանը և ջանքերին՝ անցած 5 տարվա ընթացքում մենք այդպես էլ չկարողացանք ստանալ տեղական իշխանություններից անհրաժեշտ հավանությունը՝ չնայած ներկայացված բազմաթիվ նախագծերին»:
5 տարի առաջ «ՌԻԴ» ընկերությունը ձեռք էր բերել կառավարող ընկերության բաժնետոմսերի 60 %-ը, սակայն հիմա որոշել են վերադարձնել այդ բաժնետոմսերը: «Ստեղծված իրավիճակում, երբ նույնիսկ նման կարևոր նախագծերը, ինչպիսին այս մեկն է, տարիներ շարունակ չեն համաձայնեցվում տեղական իշխանությունների կողմից, մենք ստիպված ենք խոստովանել, որ մեր մեծ նախագծին վիճակված չէ իրականանալ։ Այսօր մենք տխուր ենք տեսնելով, թե ինչպես է ավերակների վերածվում այն այգին, որը ժամանակին երեխաների ուրախության և զվարճանքի վայր էր»,-նշվում է հայտարարության մեջ՝ հավելելով, թե իրենք չեն կարող պատասխանատվություն կրել այս իրավիճակի համար։ Նշենք, որ «ՌԻԴ» ընկերությունը պատկանում է ռուսաստանաբնակ գործարար Ռուբեն Գրիգորյանին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ այս ընկերության հետ էր կապված նաև Արագած լեռան լանջին լեռնադահուկային և էկոգյուղատնտեսական նոր համալիրի կառուցման թեման, երբ իշխանությունները որոշեցին, այսպես ասած, «անցավ գլուխները ցավի տակ չդնել» և ռուսական կապիտալով ընկերության առաջարկը մերժել՝ առավելություն տալով «արևմտյան» կազմակերպությանը: Որոշ ժամանակ առաջ նշել էինք, որ, մեր տեղեկություններով, «ՌԻԴ» ընկերության հետ կապված՝ այլ պատմություններ էլ կան: Դրանցից մեկը, փաստացի, առնչվում է Երևանի մանկական երկաթուղու հետ, որի վերակառուցման ծրագրից ընկերությունն, ի վերջո, ստիպված եղավ հրաժարվել:
