Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին

Ինձ, որ առաջին մեղադրանք էին առաջադրում, իմ քաղաքական գործունեությամբ պայմանավորված, չբացակայելու խափանման միջոց ստորագրեցի և հետո չկարողացա միջազգային ասպարեզում հանդես գալ:

Այս մասին իր դատական նիստի ժամանակ հայտնեց ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

«Այդ մեղադրանքն իշխանությունների կողմից ինձ դեղին քարտ էր, որ «խելոք մնամ», ես այդ դեղին քարտը չընդունեցի: Քաղաքական իմաստով լակոնիկ էի՝ չտեսա կամ չտեսնելու տվեցի, ինձ կարևոր չէր՝ ինչ են ինձ ցույց տալիս այն վիճակում, երբ երկիրն այդ վիճակում էր: Ես քաղաքական բանտարկյալ եմ և դա ՀՀ հասարակության գնահատականն է ըստ սոց.հետազոտությունների, միջազգային քաղաքական մարմինների գնահատականն է: Իշխանությունը պարտվել է մարդկանց սրտի, հոգիների և մտքի մասով իմ կռիվը: Իշխանությունը պարտվել է, չեն կարողացել ստեղծել տպավորություն, որ Աշոտյանը թալանչի է»,- նշեց նա:

Աշոտյանը դիմեց դատավորին և ասաց, որ հանի այդ պիտակը մեր երկրի վրայից, օգնեք, որ այդ պիտակը դուրս գա: Քաղբանտարկյալների հարցով դատավորները պետք է մի քիչ քթածակ ունենան՝ երկրի իմիջի հարցն է:

«Միջազգային որոշ տեղերում արդեն գրում են, որ ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանն է ավտորիտար, այլ նաև Հայաստանում կան քաղբանտարկյալներ: Դա մեզ պե՞տք ա, ես ինձ վատ եմ զգում, ես մեղավոր չեմ, որ իմ անունն այդտեղ գրվում է, մեղավոր է նա, ով հասցրել է այս վիճակին: Ըստ միջազգային զեկույցների Հայաստանում դատարանները քաղաքականացված են, կոռումպացված են, գտնվում են սելեկտիվ արդարադատության տակ և այլն:

Ես ինձ վատ եմ զգում, որ մենք ունենք Տավուշի գյուղերի խնդիր, իսկ երեկ պատգամավորները ստիպված եկել էին ինձ պաշտպանեն, հետո հասկացա, որ ինձ պաշտպանելը, կներեք, Տավուշն ու հայրենիք պաշտպանելը նույն բանն է, որովհետև ոչ թե ինձ են պաշտպանում, այլ նույն ճնշումից են պաշտպանում, նույն տեղից իրականացվող քաղաքականությունից են պաշտպանվում և՛ Տավուշը, և՛ Աշոտյանը, և՛ Մալյանը: Օգնեք մեր երկրին, սարքեք մի հատ գժական բում, որ քաղբանտարկյալների թեման փակվի: Հայաստանում կալանքը պատժի միջոց է:

Սրա մասին ԱՄՆ Պետդեպն է գրել: Օգնեք Հայաստանի իմիջին՝ հանգուցալուծելով այս խնդիրը:  Ես նստած եմ 10 ամիս: Դանիել Իոաննիսյանը հրապարակել է թիվ, որ Հայաստանում մարդասպանների 73%-ը գտնվում է ազատության մեջ: Այսինքն՝ ամեն 4 մարդասպանից 3-ն ազատ է, ես նստա՞ծ եմ »,- ընդգծեց ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահը:

Աշոտյանի խոսքով ՝ այս ընթացքում մոտ 60 հոգի՝ Հայաստանից և Սփյուռքից, հայ և ոչ հայ, երաշխավորել են նրա համար:

«Նրանց թվում մարդիկ կան, որ եթե ինձ չբռնեիք, կյանքում իմ մասին լավ բան չէին ասի: ԱԺ ոչ միայն 30 պատգամավոր է ինձ համար երաշխավորել, այլ ԱԺ երկու կանոնադրական մարմին՝ ԱԺ 2 խմբակցությունները: Եվ սա իրոք աննախադեպ է: Եթե ես ինձ վատ պահեմ, Հայաստանի ողջ խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության գլխին կախվում է քրեական գործ: Ակնհայտ է, չէ՞, որ ես ինձ պատեպատ կտամ, բայց դա թույլ չեմ տա»,- շեշտեց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
